Paper thin walls, people in next room might as well have been in our room talking. Placed us a room on the “first floor”, which was really a basement corridor. Room shared a wall with the laundry and maid prep area = noise from that side starting early every morning. Had to run the gauntlet of cigarette smoke to enter the building, mostly regulars from the dive bar/resto hanging out front smoking. If the dive bar is essential tot he business, have a smoking area that is not right at the main front doors. Giving 2 stars instead of one because the bed was at least clean and comfortable.

Was great one of the ladies at the front desk was hard to get along with but there’s bad apples everywhere:) rest of the staff were awesome. Hotel was awesome!

Our room was very clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone travelling to St. John's.

O hotel não é nada demais, mas atende as expectativas. Tem que andar bastante para pegar o elevador, mas nada que desabone. Quarto espaçoso, camas confortáveis, enfim.. Não tem luxo, mas atende.

Really nice room. Good food & staff in restaurant. Help was quick when needed. Would like to see printed info re ice machine, laundry facilities…

Was told room wasn’t ready at check in, 40 mins later no call. I went to check how much longer and then I was told room was ready when I checked in they just forgot to ask for credit card.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location just off Ken Mount Road close to all shopping and restaurants. Our room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was really outdated and we had an issue with the sink clogging and backing up that left a smell in the room.
