Although there is limited of staff but they are very nice and helpful

Good point is good location(can walk to main sights) and very good service. Remember to ask the receptionist to suggest you some restaurants. But the room is small, not so clean, especially the bathroom.

我在這家酒店留了四天，前二後二，服務員很友善及樂於協助。但必須留意他們常常問是否要安排的士到機場。第一次我們坐的士到機場前往西班牙小島時找他們安排，結果要38歐羅，第二次我們坐的士到機場回港，自己截，才27歐羅。而且前後兩次的路不同。我只是懷疑當中有什麼。我強調，我只是懷疑。

The air con for the 1st room is not working properly, which is deadly mistake in seville. After changing for the 2nd room, it is much better. The wifi is not working in room, can work in the lobby only. Location is good, safe, and can walk to major tourist spot. Generally the people are nice.

Amazing hotel in a very central location. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were incredible — they genuinely couldn’t do more for you. The pool and bar were perfect additions and exactly what you need after a hot day. Do bring mozzie spray though; I got eaten alive (not just at the hotel). Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again. 5 stars

Breakfast buffet was okay. The breakfast area is small and crowded. Given the other spaces in the hotel, it is not clear why the breakfast room is small. Our room was in an area of the hotel where two rooms were shoehorned into a small space with a shared "patio". There was no other window in the room. Unfortunately, the glass door to the patio is on the hallway to the bathroom. Really a poor room.

Have stayed at this hotel a number of times. Very easy and convenient. Short walk into the centre/cathedral area. Good value. Nice clean rooms.

Brilliant stay for two nights, fabulous helpful staff, hotel was spotless, great choice of breakfast. Would stay here again. It was also our 30th wedding anniversary and they surprised us with a bottle of bubbly which was a lovely touch.

Centraal gelegen in de stad, leuke binnen patio en lekler dakterras met lig en lounge stoelen. Zwembad was dicht en klein dompelbad op dak. Kamer aan straatkamt is gehorig voor drukte op straat en gasten die laat uit de stad komen. Vriendelijke bediening en ruime kamers.
