非常漂亮的莊園，莊園的室內裝飾的非常的典雅，室外空間非常大，很舒服可以去逛逛，每一個小細節都很重視，他們的早餐真是更是讓你覺得很精緻又豐富又好吃，英式早餐的肉類控制得恰到好處不會太焦，非常的好吃。這件事我全程住的17間最棒的一間飯店，絕對推薦只要是識假的一定要來這裡。這裡離outlet開車大概只有15分鐘的時間。

This hotel was excellent and certainly made my 3day trip. The grounds are well kept with large lawns a fishing lake, small lake, pond with fountain. Rabbits, wild fowl, ducks and geese just chilling as i did for hours. Room was spacious beds gave a great nights sleep. Modern clean bathroom speciality soaps great shower and bath. Staff were excellent friendly informative attentive. On check in reception receptionist was so welcoming.Breakfast plenty of choice hot or cold and breakfast staff were helpful and yet again attentive . Im certainly returning as i had one of the most relaxing time ever. Free parking

Beautiful property in lovely grounds. It was a very last minute break, and we just opted for a Classic Room, but it was spacious with an excellent bathroom and a beautiful view of the gardens. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient throughout. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend the hotel and are already looking forward to a return stay.

It's a lovely setting where the hotel is situated and a place you might not be aware of even if you know the area well. We stayed mostly because a lot of the large chain places were charging a lot more for the weekend and I didn't mind driving to the event we were attending. The grounds are picturesque and the room is lovely, but it does need a bit of updating. The room was incredibly hot even though it was only low 20s outside during the day so I dread to think how hot it was in the recent heatwaves. There is also a maintenance issue in the bathroom where there are cracks in the tiles and we saw silverfish (insects). We reported this on leaving and also I sent a message to the hotel on Expedia but the message was just replied to with another message saying they would be interested in our feedback. Hey in older hotels, these things happen but silverfish thrive when there are maintenance and cleaning problems (like cracks) and it's a little disappointing that it doesn't feel like fixing the problem is a priority.

Warm welcome at Reception from attentive, polite, competent staff. We arrived by taxi but noted there seem to be ample parking, including ‘overflow’ space. Stayed in a delightful room overlooking immaculately maintained gardens. We were fascinated watching the robotic lawn mower which is obviously doing a grand job! Sunday lunch was delicious and faultless, served by charming staff. Breakfast equally delicious and faultless, served by Kate and, I think, Maggie. You are both a credit to the hotel. I must mention Kate’s smile - seemed almost permanent- and I know it was genuine. We felt at home and so relaxed. Thank you to everyone for a splendid time.

Good stay in a lovely old building

Great staff, great area and good food.

Very welcoming staff.Nice large clean room with wonderful views.Excellent breakfast served by the most delightful waitress.Parking was so easy.Right outside the front door. Check your staff rosta for July 8th and you will know who the lovely waitress is.We had a good breakfast with a table next to the window so we could enjoy the fountain.I hope to go again.

I couldn’t fault anything. The hotel and grounds are beautiful.you just couldn’t be in a more stunning setting The staff were very attentive .it is so unusual now to have a breakfast cooked to order. If you want a secluded hotel with charm but still close to so many attractions I would recommend Ingelwood Manor

Beautiful character Property with plenty of parking. Lovely safe feeling Location with gorgeous grounds and friendly helpful staff. Everyone seems to go with the extra mile. Would recommend this hotel.

Towel under leaking radiator in bathroom. Shower had no pressure to point of just dripping until other guests had finished(I was in the roof) and steak overcooked. Not that impressed for my stay!

Excellent stay. What a beautiful building

Stayed 3 nights, said we would get housekeeping. They replaced towels if left as instructed and made beds but strangely never washed dirty mugs or spoons provided, or cleaned the dirty sink or clean the desk area.
