Excellent location by the quay, approx 30 minute walk from the main town. Modern conversion of old mill building, we paid extra for a balcony and felt it was very good value, with lots of extras provided by the hotel. Comfortable bed, good sized room, private balcony, good bathroom, very good bars and restaurants (grill on ground floor, roof top with views). It was quiet with only a couple of other pubs nearby, although both had excellent beer gardens overlooking the sea. There is also a 90 minute cruise around the islands 5 minutes away. The leisure facilities looked good but were unfortunately closed for maintenance during our stop.

Lovely hotel on the harbour front! Very clean and excellent amenities Including a lovely pool & spa area. Breakfast with a view over the harbour was delicious, great choice of options at the buffet breakfast and delicious cooked to order hot breakfast Including full Irish breakfast & fish dishes. Rooms spacious & clean. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, the only thing to consider is that whilst it is directly on the water front the main town is approx 25-30 mins walk to get to pubs/restaurants ....it is however a beautiful walk through the grounds of an historic stately home.

Hier stimmt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht. 300€ für das Zimmer, indem ich schmutzige Kaffetassen und einen total verkalkten Wasserkocher vorfinde. Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und bemühte sich. Das Hotel hat für mich wenig Charme, auch die Umgebung nicht. Parken vor der Türe möglich, wenn man einen freien Platz findet. Frühstück im Bereich der Dachterrasse, kontinental plus extra Bestellung möglich. Service freundlich. Dinner in der Bar Service sehr freundlich und schnell. Essen gut ( 2x Calamari, Pommes, Salat. Sehr hoher Lärmpegel ( u.a. Lautes Geschirrklappern, feiernde Einheimische, schreiende Kinder..). Ich würde in Westport nicht mehr übernachten.

Yes everything was top class

Clean and staff was helpful. Check in/out was smooth. Location was ideal because we wanted to explore Connemara and hike Croagh Patrick nearby. Breakfast was amazing and fueled us well for our hike.

We love staying at this hotel because the staff are really lovely and so helpful. Also its position at The Quay is wonderful for a walk by the sea.

Hotel location was great, as we climbed Croagh Patrick before checking in and it was in walking distance of the Westport City Center. The car park is tight!

Lage direkt an der Bucht, Zimmer und Bad war gut

Everything was clean, modern and fresh. Room 301 had every essential and a great view out to Clew Bay. Staff were all friendly and professional. Great location as well.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable and all the staff were very helpful. Both breakfast and Evening dining in both restaurants were exceptionally good and a menu with a great variety. I would certainly recommend this Hotel and stay there again.

The air conditioning unit kept us up for most of the night as it was making a tapping noise all night. We had to turn it off. The room smelled like sewer. I would not stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms well appointed. Restaurants were amazing. Sound insulation between rooms was very poor. Could hear voices from rooms either side.
