This family-owned hotel does everything right. The views are spectacular; the food was the very best in Europe and the staff was incredible - very special experience.

From the moment we arrived, the welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. Our room was nothing short of spectacular, boasting a breathtaking view and a super comfortable bed that made our stay even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to the front staff, Lina, Giuseppe, and Francisco- who were absolutely AMAZING! They went above and beyond to help us every day, assisting with transportation and arranging a private boat ride to Capri and Positano, which was an unforgettable experience. The beach below the hotel was also a highlight of our trip, with its stunning turquoise water, just like in the pictures! While we encountered a few rocks making entry into the water a bit tricky, the beauty of the surroundings made it all worthwhile. We even discovered some lovely restaurants nearby, with “Da’ Armadino” quickly becoming our favorite for its delicious food and fresh seafood every day! The owner came out every night and made sure that we were happy with our food and on my birthday my husband arrange with him a cake to be made by the owner’s mother who’s the head cook! It was DELICIOUS!! We truly didn’t want to leave on checkout day and are already planning our next visit. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

What a beautiful property in a beautiful setting.

Perfect location! Ready for the Pathway of the Gods hike? Then skip the lift and take the stairs down many levels to your room, and more steps down to the reception and restaurant...a few more sets of stairs to the pool and even a big walking path down to the secret beach next door. Who knew this cliff could host such a fun and exciting number of levels?! This hotel is fabulous! Ignore what the very helpful staff say about taking the bus, and start walking up and up secret stairways to discover the fabulous Praiano and eventually the entry to the hiking trail--which is not for the faint of heart. Great breakfast at this hotel--which we did not realize was INCLUDED until our last day. Also fantastic valet will keep your keys for you so your car is always ready if you need it. But you probably won't need a car--so close to Amalfi and Positano. This hotel is the best located! Very pretty room as well.

This is a beautiful hotel with very knowledgeable staff, an elevator (woohoo!), amazing breakfast with many fresh options, Michelin start restaurant on site. My only comment is that this is an upscale hotel and so if you’re dressed more casually like I did when I arrived, you may feel like changing.

The view from our room was great. The overall rating of the hotel should be 3 star. The bed was really dated - the mattress seemed old in style - no cushion - due to the lack of comfort and the pillows were flimsy. We paid for the room with the view and you’re really just paying for the view. You don’t have a legit balcony..it’s a walk way and it’s shared. The style needs an a design uplift into 2025 from the 90s. The hotel offers massages (buy the bar) but they don’t offer robes and slippers in the rooms. Again another reason why I’d give it a 3 star. Overall the hotel ratings in the Amalfi area seemed really skewed and it’s hard to tell what you’ll get.

Had the best experience since even before we got to the hotel. Staff was very accommodating to getting us picked up and brought to hotel, transportation to Positano was so smooth and a breeze. The food was magnificent, check out their restaurant. So good! the room was very clean and elegant. I would 100% recommend this to anyone and I would stay here again

The most incredible place. Genuinely wouldn’t pick anywhere else!

Views were very nice especially from the Francino restaurant. Beach nearby was very rocky and we decided not to swim there. Breakfast and setting good, however, get to breakfast very early as they ran out of many items and did not replace them even when asked. Nice hotel however, probably would not be staying here again. No shuttle service. Rooms and bathrooms very very small. Travel light as no room for large suitcases in room. However, not a place we will return to in the future if we decide to come back to the amalfi coast.

The hotel was in a wonderful location. The staff in the hotel was kind and the owner is very nice. The breakfast is great!

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! Worth every penny during our honeymoon. The staff was attentive and the rooms were spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend to honeymooners. The pool and location were perfect for wanting to either relax at the hotel or venture off down the Amalfi coast. We hope to return in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Onda Verde and would highly recommend it. It is a beautiful hotel where everything seems to work like clockwork and the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. Stunning location and so much quieter than the uber busy resorts nearby. Can’t wait to go back!

This is Paradise. The hotel is right on the water with gorgeous views in every direction. Truly luxurious with a beautiful restaurant, including the best breakfast!! Convenient to buses, boat rentals, beach access and other good restaurants. All employees are outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. Quiet pool area. Highly recommend
