Was a good location, but there was a wedding on 2/3 nights we were there which interrupted our sleep. We should have been informed prior to arrival.

Check in/out very easy, staff very polite & helpful. Didnt eat at the hotel so cant comment. We had a peaceful quiet 2nights sleep, room was clean and spacious. Only negatives, room could do with a mini fridge & also the room had a few messy paint areas, the lights above the bed and the bathroom door. Would definitely return!

My husband and son stayed and they found it to be good quality, staff were very helpful and overall a reasonable price given the location. Would definitely recommend anyone willing to commute a little into London - this is a good place to rest your head!!

L’hôtel Clayton à Chiswick est situé dans un quartier charmant et très calme, particulièrement le week-end, car il accueille une clientèle d’affaires en raison de sa proximité avec Chiswick Business Park. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, avec des produits variés et de qualité. La décoration mérite également d’être soulignée : elle affiche un parti pris affirmé, original et soigné, qui donne beaucoup de caractère à l’établissement. Dans l’ensemble, un séjour agréable et confortable, idéal pour ceux qui recherchent un environnement paisible.

Breakfast buffet range was very broad. Cooked breakfasts were delightful, as were healthier options, including pastries. Was not missing anything in our opinion. The decor, and the cleanliness of it, were every bit as good as any other four star hotel we have stayed in on our travels. Indeed, the interior design of rooms, bar, restaurant and public areas generally was very well- chosen for appealing palette of colours, quality of materials, comfort of the lighting and durability (I used to design hotels). In the bedrooms, there are plenty sockets (at each side of beds, very good lighting for reading and beds were very agreeable, so we slept well. In the en suite the mirror was heated, so didn’t steam up, the grouting and sealants had been maintained, so no mould / mildew anywhere as the ventilation was excellent. We stayed four days, cannt fault the hotel or service, so are able to recommend it highly.

Pros: The room was clean and surprisingly large. Plenty of lights, mirrors and storage space. Parking was secure. Water and biscuits provided each day which was much appreciated. Cons: the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, barely anything to the pillows and the bed was soft and sunken (but very big). Also, there was no loo brush which is annoying when you are trying to keep the place clean!

The breakfast was amazing, the location was great. The room was really warm and you don’t have any control over it. Everyone was really nice and it was peaceful.

The room itself was great, however it didn’t quite justify the price. The toilet flush was faulty and made noise throughout the night, which affected our sleep. Additionally, the sink plug in one of the sinks was not working properly, causing the water to continuously overflow during use. There was also quite a bit of noise from doors being slammed overnight, which we could clearly hear from the room, although I understand this is sometimes unavoidable.

Nice hotel situated 5 minutes from Gunnersbury tube station. Lovely room, nice size with nice bathroom. Good breakfast need to work on how to cook hot beans.
