Brilliant! An impressive establishment with great food and staff.

Friendly staff apart from the weekend maître d who I think was practicing his Lily Savage routine with the guests. Always an excellent breakfast with very efficient staff. Plenty of parking and lovely rooms. Unfortunately the lunchtime bar and evening restaurant menus have gone a bit too gastro IMO, which is odd considering the average age of the clientele.

What a wonderful find!!! We travel extensively and it is rare that every factor of a good stay is met- this hotel met them. The staff upon arriving were warm, friendly and efficient and this continued though from breakfast to dinner. The food and ambiance of the restaurant was awesome. We had the set evening menu and the fish was amazing.The breakfast cooked selection was great too from extra vegetarian sides of courgettes and spinach - which I had with my English breakfast. The Spa was great and the pool nice. One downside point it was not clearly stated before booking that hotel guests have restricted access included before 9am and after 5pm. This should be noted before booking. It is not in the centre on Conwy but a good 45 minute walk in- however such a lovely setting in the exclusive marina with great views across the harbour it is worth it. We will definitely stay again

We stayed here for a wedding and were incredibly impressed with the location, rooms, facilities and especially the excellent staff. The hotel provided five star customer service with a fantastic friendly and efficient check in on the 20th, not sure of her name (possibly Magda?). Every other member of staff we encountered, also provided exceptional service, from the breakfast concierge to the cleaning team The room was enormous with an excellent bathroom, sliding doors and balcony table, and a wonderful fan which was perfect for a super hot day. If staying in the vicinity of Llandudno or Conwy I would 100% pay the extra and stay here again. The location is amazing and although we did not use the spa, it is amazing that this is free at certain times to hotel guests. I simply could not find even the tiniest negative thing to say so would give this hotel 100/100.

Fantastic hotel. Great location and everything was great from us arriving to leaving. The staff were amazing and nothing was a problem whatever we asked for. We had dinner in the restaurant the food was exceptional. Everything including the spa was great. Would definitely return.

Our room was cleaned every day . Bottled water replenished every day. Staff serving meals were all very helpful. I think the evening menu could have been a bit more varied. The breakfast was excellent .

Staff were all very welcoming, our rooms were spotless. Beds were very comfortable. Spa pool, steam rooms and saunas were relaxing, well maintained and clean. We ate dinner in the bar, great service and food and cocktails were very good. We celebrated a family members birthday in style, watching the sun set over the estuary and looking at Conwy Castle. Breakfast was very good too, with lots of choice and cooked breakfasts with local products aswell as pastries, cereals, fruit etc. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash products were high quality too which is rare these days. The hotels customer service was excellent overall. Have stayed here twice now and will definitely be back.

Overall experience was just excellent - staff, facilities, food could not fault our entire weekend.

Nice hotel. Expensive restaurant and not a lot in the area. But has lovely clean rooms, a great spa and pool, and pleasant helpful staff 4.5/5

This is such a wonderful hotel, in a picturesque location, from the warm welcome by staff to the spotless, modern room, to the luxury spa amenities and the fabulous breakfast. This is my third time here and there will certainly be a 4th, 5th and 6th etc!

Wonderful team. Only food menu could have more options

Although nearly 20 years old this hotel is still excellent and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Our room was excellent with only a couple of issues-toilet paper needs to be better, toilet seat needs to be self closing but overall very good. Bottom of interior door very scruffy. Breakfast was good but no fresh fruit available, I need a banana and an apple every day. The reception and public areas are very tasteful and of course the patio and views were magnificent! I would definitely visit again.

The team were lovely and the food was excellent.

I can’t fault it really! It was all great, the only slight thing was my mattress was a little sunken in but this automatically got flipped without me mentioning it and then all was good again. I would appreciate a fan in the rooms if air con is not installed this could be an issue in the summer at the hottest days. Luckily we took a small pocket sized fan with us. Everything else was great, room and shower great, food great, staff friendly.
