very beautiful hotel.also the town is very nice view.

Great location just next to ferry, but when lying on sundeck not so great with a bunch of people looking. We were only there for 1 night, but enjoyed our stay. Only negative things were lady in reception being extremely slow and not very accomodating. No smile from her or welcome at all. I would assume that should be included in the very high price that we paid for this night. Other not so great thing was this musician playing keyboard and singing on the terraze deck on the night. He was really not that great and ruined the nice evening outside. Breakfast was amazing though.

Et på billeder smukt hotel med den perfekte beliggenhed. Ved ankomsten var det dog tydeligt at hotellet er træt og trænger til renovering. Værelset: Havde booket Superior-værelse - søudsigt. Vi fik havudsigt, men selve værelset var langt under standarden prisen taget i betragtning: Utætte vinduer der ikke kunne lukkes helt, dvs. støj fra gaden, færgelejet lige udenfor og vareindlevering til hotellet var belastende om natten. Løst tapet og tydelige fugtskader fra et ikke fungernede badeværelse, dvs. vand løb ud i værelset. Paneler og dørkarm indikerede at dette har stået på længe. En meget beskidt indblæsning fra AC i loftet, som ved brug larmede over det man normalt oplever selv ved billigere hoteller. Rengøringen

The hotel is located in a fantastic lake front area. Weather you want to enjoy the pool or the lake, you are only steps away. The common areas of the hotel are beautiful and with classic Italian elegance. They are a bit dated, but still very nice. The room we got was the only one available so we can’t complain about the lack of views and small size. However, this summer was quite warm and the AC was practically non existent. That is the biggest issue. We slept every night sweating and trying to see if we could tolerate an open window with street noise and a warm breeze, or just being warm with the noisy, but totally inefficient AC. That being said, the staff is wonderful and the fact that they offer free parking was a huge benefit for us. Also, the property is right next to the ferry terminal and this comes in very handy if you want to check out the nearby villages. I would certainly stay there again but in a different room.

Good location and good breakfast buffet!

Amazing staff. Our room was clean, the AC was cold, and the breakfast was delicious. The views and location were also incredible. It is an easy, short walk to the town center and so convenient to go there for lunch or dinner.

Fantastisk personal och läge. Rekommenderar hotellet och Menaggio till alla som funderar att besöka Comosjön.

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite und der Lärm abends und nachts war schon erheblich. Auch der Schiffsverkehr gleich nebenan war nervig. Ansonsten war das Personal sehr freundlich. Auch das Restaurant hat 5 Sterne verdient. Der Standort vom Hotel ist genial direkt am See. Und der Blick auf den comer See unbezahlbar.

Great stay everything clean pool was excellent location great staff great rooms with view amazing breakfast very very nice. Pool showers nice touch for checkout day if you prefer to hang around the pool for part of the day, which we did. Drain in shower needed attention. All in all the VALUE for this hotel compared to other lakefront hotels, is unmatched in my opinion.

This hotel is amazing! The views are spectacular! The restaurant was the nicest restaurant in all of Italy that we went to and we went to a lot! They’re wonderful front desk staff and the fine dining room were the friendliest nicest most professional I’ve ever encountered❣️ Of all the places we visited in Italy and there were a lot. This was our most joyous spot to visit with spectacular views, wonderful hotel, and super kind and friendly staff from the kitchen to the dining room to the front desk when you check in. This is first class at it’s finest❣️

Excelente localização. Excelente café da manhã. Nós deram um quarto estranho, com uma parede que abrigava uma escada. Mas de resto foi excelente.
