Las habitaciones tienen un espacio pequeño pero son excelentes para parejas, la ubicación es excelente está muy céntrico y cercas de puntos de interés

Estancia de una sola noche, plan familiar, la ubicacion es muy buena, el hotel, es algo básico, el elevador tarda mucho en llegar, la zona es algo complicada para llegar, bajar tu equipaje y que te reciban el vehiculo, las instalaciones lucen algo antiguas y no es tan confortable

Great breakfast buffet. The location was very centric and convenient for walking to Bellas Artes, Zocalo, and more.

Solo los elevadores un poco lentos, supongo que por la demanda del evento que se tenia en la Ciudad de México.

Great location: the property is close enough to el Zócalo and the seemingly hundreds of museums and historical places of interest in el Centro; also great to be able to access the red double-decker buses on Reforma to visit various monuments, neighborhoods full of restaurants and Chapultepec park and attractions. Staff was attentive and responsive.

Worst place to stay in Mexico Reforma. I love Mexico and there are so many places to stay, this last time we picked this Hotel, I thought it was going to be nice but we had our worst experience.

The rooms were very clean and there was house keeping daily. The breakfast buffet was great and so were all the restaurants on site. It’s nice that with Expedia they offer 20% off during your stay because the restaurant does charge a 16% service fee. There seemed to be a misunderstanding between the restaurant and reception because the waiter on the 10th floor kept insisting the discount was only one time so I had to speak with reception it was annoying to have to continue to remind the one guy on the 10th floor, especially since I ate there everyday of my stay. I would definitely stay here again the people were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are fairly large.

The staff is really nice and helpful. The location is great and very central to everything. We were able to walk to el Angel and to el Zocalo.

Puedo decir que todo esta muy ordenado y comodo ,la unico en lo que no pude disfrutar fue el rooftop, porq no hay access direct p los guess solo con reservation y cuando intents hacerla siempre esta lleno.

I liked everything about it. But, I do believe the lobby should not be as dark as it is.

The rooms are very small, and unfortunately our room had an extremely strong plumbing odor that became even worse whenever we used the shower. The bathroom also flooded every time we showered, leaving the entire floor covered in water. The hotel does have a great location, a beautiful lobby, and nice views, which we appreciated. However, the service was disappointing. We requested a few items to be delivered to our room, but they never arrived. We called again and no one answered. I then stopped by the front desk, where I was told the items would be delivered, but they still never came. We were also refused an additional key card, which was inconvenient for our stay. Overall, while the location is excellent, the room conditions and lack of follow-through from the staff made our experience disappointing.

O hotel está extremamente bem localizado, em uma região segura e com fácil acesso às principais atrações. Os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos. A estrutura do hotel é excelente, tudo muito limpo, organizado e bem conservado. A cama é confortável, tornando a estadia ainda mais agradável.
