Great experience and service

La limpieza

The area around the hotel felt a bit unsafe, and while the hotel has a lot of high-tech features, using the key cards to get into the room and operate the elevator can be kind of a hassle. I had to get my card reactivated twice—luckily my room was on the first floor. Also, the name Holiday Inn Mexico Zona Centro is a bit misleading since it’s not actually in Zona Centro. We even got a few comments from taxi drivers when we gave them the hotel name and address. It would be more accurate to call it Holiday Inn Zona Cuauhtémoc.

Muy agradable

The housekeeping staff did a good job and everyone at the hotel was good to us. The food service in the restaurant and cafe was great. We stayed for 2.5 weeks and the first week was very good. But, after that it was not a peaceful place because that was a carnival/midway set-up 2 blocks away and there was a lot of noise. Next time we would avoid the holidays for our trip.

En general el servicio fue excelente. El personal muy amable y eficiente. La habitación extremadamente limpia, la cama cómoda, el desayuno muy variado. La alberca y el gimnasio estaban en excelente estado, incluso hay un instructor que te puede asesorar. El único inconveniente es el ruido de la calle y que la persona de limpieza trae su música a todo volumen. Pero en general la estancia fue excelente.

Awesome location that is central to dining, shopping and public transportation. Hotel is well kept with a wonderful and attentive staff. Francisco, the Bellhop, is awesome and knowledgeable of the city

El hotel cumple con lo que ofrece

Durante la compra nos fue ofrecido el desayuno incluido y lo aceptamos. Sin embargo no quedó registro del mismo en el sistema y aunque la tarifa pagada mostraba claramente que correspondía a un servicio adicional y no solo la noche de hospedaje, en el hotel no pudieron hacer nada puesto que en la reserva de expedía no aparecía. Tuvimos que comprarlo por nuestra cuenta.

Staff was ready and waiting for my arrival. Literally 3 minutes for the whole process of check-in

el personal Fernando! no me soluciono el cambio de habitacion que solicite. fueron 2 dias que solicite cambio de habitacion por que me dio la ultima habitacion del 5 piso y me dio un ataque de panico en la madrugada. el gerente nocturne, le comente por favor mañana cambiame de habitacion y dejo indicaciones. llegue al dia siguiente y la respuesta de Fernando. solo fue. estamos llenos y es la unica habitacion. eso es no querer ayudar y tener atencion de servicio.

Staff was VERY helpful especially Hugo who brought up our luggage. And even helped my husband with his tie.. Room service was good.. and the cleaning lady did an EXCELLENT job our room was spotless..
