The room is big, clean, with sufficient kitchen wares for light cooking. The hotel is with excellent location and free packing offered for EV. Pleasant stay, sure that will come back again!

One of the amenities I found rather unique to the property is the "Reading Room". A charming & cozy room filled with a variety of books you can borrow. There is a sofa in which you may relax & read there if you wish. They also provide a small assortment of boxed games available in the lobby as well as a chess set/board assembled on one of their tables. Overall, I found the hotel rather quaint, including an array of tables & chairs in their outdoor patio. It is located on a residential street which provides a quiet atmosphere.

Really did object to being told about ltd or full housekeeping service then finding a tip envelope in the room. If you are going to cut back on service do not beg for extra.

What an outstanding stay!! 5 stars and one of the very best experiences at a hotel we have ever had, and we are experienced travellers. It was our 40th anniversary and one of us had a milestone birthday as well, and we were treated like VIPs the entire stay, including a room upgrade. We shall remember this stay at the Oswego and how it made our trip so extra special. Keep up the first class service Oswego!!

Availability and access to all walking areas in Victoria… ie Wharf , IMAX ,Parliament buildings Oswego hotel is the perfect place to stay.everything was 5 Star at the hotel!!

Clean room bathroom shower had a leak at the bottom of the door so had to use lots of towels to clean up the water mess but other then that the room was fantastic. Staff was amazing and very helpful with any questions I had!

Everything is class above.. five-star facilities in apart -Hotel.. smallest of details are taken care of.. Literally home away from home..

This was an amazing hotel the only downside was how early the lounge/restaurant closed. The service and food at the restaurant were amazing but they closed at 9pm so you couldn’t go for a night cap after a day of touring. The rooms were spacious and clean I would definitely stay here again

Had room 111, which was spacious, well appointed and spotless. Was really happy with the room which had 2 good size bedrooms, one queen, one king. TV’s in living room, and both bedrooms. Large bathrooms, comfortable pullout couch. Large, shaded patio. No air con, which was fine for April but maybe an issue in the summer (hotel said they don’t have air conditioning to be environmentally friendly). Calling fans in each room. Large, well stocked kitchen. The only small issue was the entrance to the room - you had to go past the hotel kitchen to get there. 10 minute walk to all the sights. Helpful and friendly staff. Over all, super happy with the stay.
