Great hotel, walking distance from the mall and restaurants. The room was comfy, staff friendly and breakfast was delicious!

Quarto impecável, equipe altamente qualificada, atenciosa, educada. Room service muito rápido e delicioso. Localização perfeita, visitei bastante a ilha e a maioria dos destinos estava a no maximo 10min.

The staff was nice and the hotel restaurant one of the best I’ve tried.

Primeiramente o atendimento quando chegamos ,o up grade de quarto claro, o café da manhã espetacular e o restaurante também maravilhoso no jantar , quarto espaçoso ,vista maravilhosa, cama e travesseiros confortáveis ,limpeza tinha um pouco de poeira acumulada no canto do abajur grande , mas se não fico no pé da minha ajudante tb e assa alguma coisa rs, produtos de higiene e banho tb de qualidade , frigobar abastecido ,chaleira e tb cafeteira espresso que sempre ganha meu coração

The room was okay. But there was so much noise from the people around I could not sleep. When asking for anothe room. They say they a fully booked but when looking at the website and on hotels.com it was no problem booking another room.

Otimo custo beneficio

Novotel is my favorite Hotel to stay in Floripa. The check in was very efficient, the staff knowledgeable and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. I loved the shower in the bathroom. The Gym was well equipped, I had a good work out. Great view from the pool area. The breakfast was well stocked and delicious!

We only stayed one night since we were in town to see friends. The hotel accommodated us well, check-in was easy, the room was immaculate and the shower has fantastic water pressure. We would choose this again for a longer stay.

Room in very bad condition. Moisture in the bathroom. Lost hours of sleep when the air conditioning system started making a lot of noise in the middle of the night. Lost precious vacation time waiting for the staff to come evaluate the issue the next morning. Breakfast is subpar for an hotel in this price range. Overall, the quality-price ratio was poor for what we experienced.
