Staff was helpful Place was clean breakfast was good. But the hotel is showing its age. We chose the hotel for its proximity to the cruise terminal. I would rate the hotel as three stars definitely not four stars we only stayed one night pre cruise. They also provide good and reasonable cost transfer from the airport and to the cruise terminal

The hotel is close to the cruise port. About a 15-20 minute walk to the port area where you can find restaurants and walk along the beach.

There are no other meals other than breakfast. On Sunday, everything in the area is closed so it was really hard to find food. The housekeepers aren’t there 24/7. We needed a change in sheets but due to the lack of housekeepers we had to remove the sheets and sleep on the bare mattress. Upon removing the sheets I found dried blood on several spots on the mattress topper. YUCK! There were roaches in the bathroom. They charge you to take you to the CruisePort and charge even more to take you to the airport. If your flight is early morning they’ll charge even more, including small children. It was a tough stay. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast choices, available airport and port shuttles, and excellent air conditioning even though temps were in the mid to high 90’s. Walking distance from train station, with helpful staff. Budget friendly. Highly recommend!

The bed was horrible!! Both my yraveling companion and I were miserable and barely able to sleep The check in person was just ok. The night and morning desk person very nice We had no balcony The lobby was disgraceful I would never stay there agains Pictures on line are a misrepresentation

They allowed us to check in early even without prior request because our flight arrived early, there was also a shuttle available for a reasonable fee from the hotel to our cruise ship. Th e room given to us (2) can accomodate 4 people. I just wish there were more available toiletries, we did not pack any since these are available in the cruise..loved their coffee machine 😊

Vi havde booket lufthavnstransport og transport til cruise. Der var styr på alt og vores chauffør Michael var venlig og imødekommende. Vi fik 3 værelseslejlighed og der var redt op og håndklæder til 4 personer. En stor terasse og det tog os 20 min at gå op til havnen. Morgenmaden var ok og check ud gik hurtigt. Rigtig god til ophold inden cruise på budget og børnefamilier.

Service was great and room was very comortable. I also appreciated the shuttle service provided by the hotel. Air condition worked very well and beds were good. Breakfast was ok.

Hotel was great to catch a cruise. Rooms a little dated and didn't have any dishes or forks to use. The washer was broken and had a nasty smell. Staff was friendly.

The room was clean as well as the common areas. The shower was ok but needed a little tile scrubbing and the drainage was poor. The staff was nice and helpful. They provided transportation to the port which was a plus and its very easy to walk around the area to go to the beachfront.

Our family of 10 stayed at Hotel Traino prior to a cruise. The staff were wonderful before, during and after the stay. Prior to the stay the owner was extremely helpful in communicating with me to ensure we reserved rooms that would meet our needs for parents, children and grandchildren. He also arranged for two private vans to meet us at the airport and bring us to the hotel for an excellent rate. He was clear, patient and kind. When we arrived, our drivers were waiting and were at the hotel within an hour. Check-in was easy. The hotel was lovely and clean. Breakfast was good with various breads, cereals, fruits, meat and cheese tray and drinks. We also used their free transport to a sister hotel for dinner. The dinner was excellent and reasonably priced. In the morning, the hotel provided us transport to our ship for 5 euros each. So worth it! When we returned our wonderful hotel transport drivers were waiting for us beside the ship to take us to the airport. What a wonderful experience with Hotel Traino! We will definitely use them for all future travel to the area. Highly recommend them!!!

Great stay, good breakfast options for the price, the rooms were spacious and near some mini-marts since we had some forgotten items before our cruise. Also near some lovely pizza places. Wish we booked it for after our cruise too!

I have no idea how this place has high reviews. Yes you get what you pay for it’s affordable but I’ve been to places around this cost and they are pretty awesome. Based on reviews I thought this was one of them. Boy was I wrong! The host was rude from the moment we walked in, he said our room wouldn’t be ready until noon, even though the booking says 11. We did arrive at 9am from a cruise but he was dismissive and rude. I stopped by later to ask where we could eat he pointed and said just walk down the street. I did everything was closed. Granted it was Sunday, But there is literally nothing nearby to eat! We luckily found a grocery store and bought a few things to tide us over. Taxis in this area are scarce to nonexistent on a Sunday. I honestly should have just gone to Rome for the day. I would steer clear from this place the beds are uncomfortable and the wallpaper is peeling from the walls this place is zero stars in my opinion. The only good thing is they offered transportation to the airport for a fee of 150 euros which is fair I guess. But yeah this place is dumpy.

The Hotel Triano is very well situated to the cruise port. It is a short drive and you can get the hotel shuttle for a small fee, which is great. The staff are very friendly and the bar "never closes". It has an elevator so those who can't use stairs, shouldn't be afraid t book this hotel. It was a good experience.
