酒店位于城边，但是有公交车出行还是很方便，酒店的品质非常好，早餐非常好，房间很舒服，安静，服务也很好，每天整理房间。

Chambre propre et suffisamment spacieuse. Personnel professionnel et présence d’un.e réceptionniste H24. Parking gratuit et juste devant l’entrée. Petit déjeuner agréable dans une salle calme et lumineuse. C’est notre 2ème séjour en 3 ans et nous comptons revenir encore cette année donc nous recommandons.

Hôtel très mal situé dans une zone industriel entrepôt fruits et légumes. Problèmes les taxi ne veulent pas ou ne viennent pas toujours vous récupérer et annulent les courses car il faut payer l’entrée sur cette zone . Un peu bruyant avec les camions de livraisons et à 1h du centre ville avec transport.

Stayed here for a visit to the Madrid Open tennis. Arrived at 12.30 & staff were very friendly letting me check in immediately before heading to stadium. Uber was €6.50 each way & was really quick. AC was nice & cool. Free bag of sweets. Would be better if there was some water provided, only way to get this is vending machine at reception lobby. Same with tea/coffee.

Very enjoyable stay.

All good , just not convinient to travel with out car . You must have car when you visit the hotel .

Endroit accueillant et chaleureux Propre et calme

Walls are so thin you can hear people snoring in the next room and the cleaning staff talking in the hallway. It’s an old hotel with no maintenance like many hotels in Madrid are just expensive and oversold because of tourists but don’t invest enough in maintenance.

Lo que es el hotel en si todo perfecto,lo único es que al estar en un poligono-mercado no tienes muchas opciones de transporte

This hotel is a great option. It is located 20 minutes from Downtown Madrid. Some might find this far away but iys really not. The uber ride charged me $14 to $17 to get to the center of Madrid and $22 to the Barajas airport. The room size was good, very clean. Bathroom spacious and clean. Housekeeping was available at all hours. They have a vending machine at the lobby with soda, juices, food, wine and beer options. I didnt eat at their restaurant but it looked good. Price was good compared to all the hotels that offer the same at Downtown Madrid and are so expensive.

非常に良いホテルでした！アクセスは悪いので、セルカニアスとバスを併用していくのが良いかと。公共交通機関だとアトーチャ駅から45分ぐらいは見ておいた方がよいです。
