Clean room, friendly reception staff.

Stayed here before and it didn't disappoint again, it is spotlessly clean with great

We arrived 1am in morning checked in went to our room got into bed there was a very loud buzzing noise coming from electrical distribution box we thought to late to do anything. We had fallen a sleep and phone rings so got out of bed and answered it. It was man from reception to say he had forgot to take payment I explained I had already paid through Hotel.com he said no I must pay in the end I put the phone down on him and got into bed, buzzing noise still going. Just about fell asleep knock on door it was the man from reception saying I must go down and pay or he would call the police. I said I had paid he was not having said I would sort with reception in the morning no said now or police would be called. So went down this was now nearly 2am only to find I had paid very annoyed told him about the noise he said he would report it. He did offer a new room but we had been travelling all day and it’s was 2am my wife undressed and in bed I declined. Complained in the morning to reception about it all and they apologised said sorry the man was on training. Said about noise and that we had very little sleep but refused any type of compensation for the issues. I suggest anyone staying at this place NOT TO STAY

Really nice staff and great customer service

Very friendly and very helpfull staff. room was very nice. nice roof top. I found it abig advantage being able to leave our cases till we went home as we wasn't leaving till 8 in the night. Also the refreshing room were you can have ashower and get changed. Thank you

Was clean and comfortable, was in the annex, beware of a flight of stairs if your not very mobile.

Vi fik først en lejlighed ud til en skart. Vi fik dog med meget besvær et godt værelse. Værelser nu gemmen Hotel. Com er nu dårligere end før!!!!!!!!!

Have stayed here before so we knew what to expect regarding premises Check in could have been friendlier and more informative and we were not advised of how to operate safe and the fact that we had to pay Female staff were friendly and helpful But we found male staff very unfriendly and unhelpful and at times rude and dour This won’t put us off from recommending or returning as property is in excellent position and condition and great value for money

Clean and basic ok for a session weekend

You had to read every notice to see how everything works, wanted to check out before 10am didn't know how to read the notice to late, bathroom had a leek, keys not funting property had to change them so able to us safe had to 6€ for use. Won't be going again

Jag hade en lägenhet högt upp. På fjärde våningen. Hade kök och allt jag behövde för att kunna vara flexibel om jag ville äta ute eller hemma. Boendet är mitt i stan så det är en av de sker jag uppskattar mest. Närhet till vatten, höjd och kvällslivet samt shopping. Supertrevlig personal.

Stayed here several times, always find the accommodation comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Allocated room 308 on arrival, nice room, however a continuous problem with drain smell in the bathroom which we reported everyday. The smell was vile, and although cleaning staff put bleach down the drains it did not cure the problem. Therefore my stay for this holiday was not as good as any previous stays.

Great location and everything you need in the apartment. We will definitely be returning.
