The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con available.

El hotel esta muy céntrico , amables . Solo que aunq la habitaciones son amplias está un poco viejas las instalaciones. Para quedarse y estar cerca de todo está perfecto . El desayuno muy bien

Fantastisk opphold ,nært alt som Dublin har å tilby , mann kan omtrent se bort på The temple bar og Penny’s er rett rundt hjørnet fra hotellet. Lett å finne fram da det er midt i gaten ved siden av elven. Skal igjen til Dublin og ville velge akkurat det samme hotellet igjen.

Clean and comfortable room in a great location right on the Liffey River. Staff were very nice and helpful. I did not try the in-house restaurant but loved hearing the live music playing there ever night when I came back. I enjoyed the morning breakfast and the wide range of breads, cold foods, and warm foods it offered. I did go to Celtic nights that was highly advertised in the hotel and was dissapointed by that, so just be advised to look into its reviews separate from the hotel before deciding.

Staff is excellent, food good , atmosphere great , location great. Rooms thin walls, less than good shower. On occasion fresh cookies at front desk. Fair price.
