Everything from the airport pick up to checkout was bad. Staff was rude over the phone and never specified what time the transportation would arrive, we waited outside 30 mins before the shuttle showed up, called multiple times to ask for ETA. Checking in was the absolute worst, there was a line of 8-9 people and only ONE person at the counter, they had a self check in tablet but it did not work so we were forced to wait in line to get our keys. It was probably 30 whole mins standing until we were able to get our key, mind you I had already filled out all forms and signed all documents. We reserved a double room, it was TINY to say the least, very tight space to even walk in, sheets looked not properly cleaned and very stiff not warm at all. Shower floor was slimy as if it had not been cleaned, felt disgusting to take a shower, hairdryer fell off the wall since it was not well attached. Breakfast was just ok, there were flies over the fruit, juice tasted extremely artificial and sweet, everything was just below average expectations. Checkout was faster since there were no people at the counter but there is always just one person at the front. Overall this experience was terrible.

Llegue al hotel y habia fila en la recepcion, solo una persona haciendo check in. Me entregaron mi llave y cuando llegue a la habitacion no pude abrir la puerta (afortunadamente), resulta que la habitacion ya estaba ocupada, asi que el huesped salio al notar que alguien estaba tratando de abrir. Baje a la recepcion y de mala gana me dieron otra habitacion, llegue a la nueva habitacion y era una habitacion sencilla, yo habia reservado una habitacion doble, por lo que nuvamente tuve que bajar y de nuevo de mala gana me dieron una habitacion nueva. La 3a habitacion por fin era correcta. En general, muy mala experiencia, ya que iba con mis hijas pequeñas. Nadie del staff tuvo la descencia de al menos pedir disculpas. No volere a reservar en uno de esos hoteles

Lo malo fue que cuando llamé del aeropuerto para que pasen por mi me dejaron 25 mins en la línea esperando, pero se que tenían muchos checkin en el momento que llame.

La habitación estaba muy limpia. Me pareció un poco pequeña, pero suficiente para lo que la ocupaba que era dormir y que estuviera cerca del aeropuerto, con el servicio de transporte gratis incluido.

The breakfast menu was fresh, the shuttle to the airport was perfect, just if you want to be pick up from the airport you need to call to the hotel is easy and they are coming right away. really happy with me stay and looking forward for another one.

Habitación sucia al llegar y falta de personal ( pedí unas toallas extras y su contestación fue que no estaba la dama de llaves y que no nos podían dar las toallas hasta que llegaran.

You can’t check in until 3 pm literally they will say they have no rooms available until 3 pm. If you arrive 30 min early they don’t care. Hotel staff is not welcoming at all. Yes check in is a standard for hotels at 3 pm but there is no way that there are no people waiting for a room and that one is not available.
