Sehr freundliches,hilfsbereites Personal. Grosses sauberes Zimmer. Grosse Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet,da findet jeder was. Problemloses Check-in und Check-out. Diese Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Vor dem Hotel eine Busstation,weiter vorne Taxis die zur Verfügung stehen.

Good variety of foods and drinks for breakfast, but the food in the restaurant/ room service was definitely lacking. The room was clean and Wi-Fi was was strong. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop just across the street that will take you to the beach ' very convenient.

Il personale ti fa sentire a casa e a tuo agio. Consiglio per una vacanza di piacere. Vicino a tutto e facile da raggiungere.

Bra frukost. Rent och fint. Tyvärr lite tråkig personal, men de gjorde sitt jobb utan det där lilla extra.

Terrible customer service they don’t welcome with a smile or anything to feel welcome; didn’t even suggest anything to us or at least help us with some of our luggage.There was even a blackout & we tried to call reception and no one answered . There were so much noise at night that it was hard to sleep. Breakfast didn’t taste good.Scrambled eggs watery and bacon sausage tasted bad. We tried to eat the bacon but was hard to chew.The only thing we ate were fruits.For the price we paid for 3 days it was not worth it. When we tried to bring water to our room they stopped us from the breakfast room and told us to bring it back .

Habitación muy ruidosa, teníamos la impresion que nuestra cama estaba en medio de la avenida, el trafico se escuchaba con las ventanas cerrada incluso de noche…. Imposible de descansar correctamente, menos mal que solo estuvimos una noche. El desayuno la verdad es que daba pena… productos de muy baja calidad, poca selección sobre todo en la parte tipo ensalada (solo había un bol con maiz y lechuga) Deberían incluirlo directamente con la habitación no hacer pagar a los huéspedes 12€ extra por persona ya que no los vale. Por lo demás bastante limpio. Hotel practico si necesitas alojarte en esa zona pero no para estar una semana

The room was good. Pool a little bit of so we didn’t use it. The food in the breakfast buffet was a disappointment since it was cold.

La camera molto moderna, pulita e spaziosa.. il bagno sempre in perfetto ordine e pulizia .. abbiamo viaggiato in 3 per le Fallas ed è stata la posizione strategica dell’Hotel a rendere il nostro viaggio più semplice! La colazione ottima è molto vasta nella svelata del cibo! Il personale molto cortese.. assolutamente consigliato

Our experience during our time at the hotel was excellent. The hotel is within walking distance from the City of Arts and Sciences and across the street from 2 major shopping centers. There are several bus lines nearby that serve nearly every part of the city. Great restaurants nearby too. The staff is very friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. We would stay again at this hotel. We highly recommend it.

We stayed at Hotel Primus Valencia for 4 nights during the Fallas festival and they exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was incredible and well worth the 12 euros per person. So much variety, quality and the wait staff was great. The hotel also helped us add an extra room (for a reasonable fee of course but given the busy season, we were impressed). Location was perfect for the evening fireworks and right on a major bus line to take you to the old city. The park is an easy walk, as is the City of Arts and Sciences and there are lots of restaurant options in the area. We also felt very safe here and in the surrounding area. The only downside was the elevators weren't working all that well during our stay.
