Magnificent location right on the beach. Elegant but relaxed vibe. Wonderful food. The staff was very attentive to our every need. The only downside was we couldn’t stay longer.

Lovely room with a beautiful view. The staff has been incredibly helpful. The location is amazing. We are here in the off season, so the bar/restaurant are closed. But-otherwise, it has been a fantastic stay!

Great hotel and beach

This is at best a 3 star hotel that has a 5 star beach. The rooms are very basic and quite dated. Breakfast was horrible and there is no fresh coffee, you can only get some from a dispenser machine until the pool bar opens later in the day. The staff was friendly overall but we found it very odd to be told a few days into our stay we had to leave the beach and go to the pool if we had not booked beach chairs ahead of time when there was always several of them sitting empty. Would I recommend this resort, probably not. Would I stay again, absolutely not.

Perfektes Hotel für eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern, um das Meer und die tolle Insel und den schönen Sandstrand zu genießen. Unglaublich nettes Hotelpersonal, die zu jederzeit ansprechbar waren.

We stayed in a apartment for 5 nights. It was on the ground floor and it took us 1 min to walk from our room to the magical beach of Porto Santo. The room was big and cozy and it felt good to stay there. The breakfast was nice. The only negative thing about our stay was the fact the pool was close due to urgent repair work. This wasn´t known when we booked and we only found out when we arrived. The hotel offered no compensation was offer for this. But with the hotel being on the beach this issue with the pool was not a big thing for us. It was easy to get a taxi and the nearest bus stop is ca 300 m from the hotel. But the nearest grocery story is ca 1,5 km away.

Hotel needs to be refurbished. Staff very friendly. Lima the barman is the best!!!

I had an absolutely wonderful time and so grateful to everyone who works at the hotel for making my stay so memorable ❤️ The property is right on the beach which I believe is the only one on the coast, it’s further away from the centre but still walkable or with easy bus or taxi ride: I would strongly recommend to anyone to check this place out :)

対応の良いスタッフもいたが、施設の説明はほとんどなく、部屋にも説明書などもなかったのでわかりにくかった。ホテルの向かい側にポルトガル料理のレストランがあったので便利だった。 値段のわりに、朝食が簡素でした。

Amazing staff, amazing place

Very quiet because it was the shoulder season. This meant a few amenities weren't available (restaurant closed so no breakfast or dinner options for example). Location is removed from town but beachfront was completely empty as a result. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place.

Great hotel right on the beach, accommodating staff, amazing beach, small supermarket on the premises with surprisingly affordable prices. Overall a great experience!

Lovely place to stay, great views and right on beach. Hotel have free shuttle to restaurants around the island, would definitely stay again, dream destination.

Tolle Unterkunft, gleich am Strand mit Blick aufs Meer, einem Pool und einer Küchenzeile. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Ein Tritt um an die Töpfe zu kommen und ein Toaster hat mir gefehlt.

Localização e equipa 5 estrelas. Por se tratar de um projeto antigo, já convinha uma modernização (o que permitiria, inclusive, uma melhor rentabilização), cuidando, inclusive, para as unidades terem maior privacidade (a inversão das estruturas metálicas verdes de um lado para o outro das varandas, ajudaria nessa questão da privacidade). Eu tive um problema pontual: o ar condicionado do quarto não refrigerava e, depois de duas noites mal dormidas (o apartamento tomava o Sol à tarde) e duas visitas do técnico sem resultar, pedi a troca de apartamento, e essa questão foi assim resolvida.
