10/27/2025-10/30/2025，3 nights。 Location在城堡山附近，距離鐵鍊橋也不遠，4顆星。 關於Service，這有點故事。 我是在Hotels.com訂的房間，當時在Hotels.com訂房間時，網頁上顯示的是河景的奢華房間，可是前幾天到酒店辦理入住時，酒店確告知在我訂房之後，酒店把奢華套房分成和景房和山景房，所以並不保證我訂的房間是河景房，因此我入住時只能住山景房。我們說我們預定河景房就是因為布達佩斯的河景，山景房對我們完全無法接受。 服務人員有兩位，一位是男士，一位是女士。當我上樓看了山景房後，回到櫃台，面目令人極度討厭的男性服務人員以一種他也沒有辦法解決的態度隨便就說他們可以給我們點心或是一瓶香檳解決我們的問題，讓我們覺得完全是敷衍打發我們的態度，令人噁心。 我們要的是解決你們當時網頁設計有問題，而且河景房和山景房都收取相同費率不公平的問題，這問題出在Hoteis.com或是酒店，不是我們的問題，更不應該用這種態度來解決問題。 這個男服務員態度奇差無比。 我們預訂了三個晚上，要是當時網頁有問題，沒做好分類，那麼為什麼我們是山景房，而別的客戶是河景房?為什麼向我們收取河景房的費率卻給我們山景房? 對這位男性服務人員給一顆星，因為沒有0顆星的這一個選項。後來我們被安排到其他姊妹酒店的河景房，他們有另一個男性服務人員帶我們過去，我們拖了三箱行李在小雨中走過去，這個陪我們過去的男性服務員完全沒有幫助我們拖行李箱，只在前面不停地往前走。 我這個晚上接觸的兩位男性服務人員完全不知道如何解決問題，態度很差。 是酒店的負面資產，我相信經理也沒有將員工訓練好。 特別請注意，他們七樓的山景房打開窗戶是面對施工中的山坡，絕對不能開窗，晚上一定要拉上窗簾，完全沒有隱私，這完全沒有景觀，因為一開窗就沒有隱私。 這就是我給房間一顆星的緣故。 我們有一個很不愉快的晚上，晚餐時一直連絡Hotels.com，要求他們決問題，這讓人非常不舒服。當時在旅行途中，現在旅行結束，我準備採取法律途徑，針對他們廣告不實以及收取河景費率卻給我們山景房間要求賠償。 我們不推薦這一家酒店，服務不是只會傻笑，而是面對問題能真誠的解決，不是不耐煩敷衍了事。 請一定要注意，如果想定這一家酒店，千萬不要訂山景房，你一定會後悔，布達佩斯還有很多酒店。

Hög standard, bra läge och fantastisk utsikt från rummets terrass. Personalen är mycket servicefokuserad och alla bekvämligheter fanns på rummet. Såväl kaffemaskin som kylt vatten och alla små detaljer som uppskattas på ett hotellrum.

Excellent stay, friendly staff, great ambient and centric!

I was lucky to find such a good value for money hotel. My room was neatly and the bath room was very large. The AC works fine. The location of the hotel was close to the castle area, and you can reach it by walk.

This is a gem of a hotel. The beds are super comfortable, which is a rarity in certain parts of Europe. Every room has a phenomenal view. Do not discount the castle view, which has its own merits and magnificence. The staff went above and beyond in my case but were fun in the process. The location, the views, the services and amenities are well worth the price. This is a smaller niche market boutique hotel that packs a great punch.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay — every member of staff was outstanding, without exception, and the service felt genuinely attentive throughout. The location was ideal, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend

Friendly, courteous and professional staff. Room was clean all-round. Breakfast was well prepared by equally professional staff in hotel's charming restaurant that opens to the streets and has pleasant view that includes Budapest 's unique street tram and Danube beyond. Convenient to all attractions.

Clean room with fantastic bathroom, comfortable bed and well functioning aircondition. Breakfast is well worth enjoying.

Modern hotel in a good location just on the Buda side of Donau. Close to the castle and other sites. Good sleep quality in modern rooms. Fantastic breakfast albeit a bit complicated to have to order every piece of it. Try the omelette!

Lovely modern hotel, rooms really nice also. Very friendly staff who could not do enough for you, so thank you :) Breakfast is order only, however it was lovely and very fresh. Good way to start the day. Close to the main city, which is only a short walk. Clark tram station across from hotel and bus station just at roundabout. Overall really nice place to stay.

The absolute number one best hotel I’ve ever say that in my entire life and I didn’t even have a Riverview! The staff was wonderful. The bed was great. The room was great they give you a bottle of wine. 100 out of 100.
