Dining okay. Trip room amenties slow on call. Facilities need update!

Fine dining and decor, room facility needs update.

This is a very nice hotel with spacious room and the staff is very friendly. Although the room service is with a bit low efficiency, I would recommend this hotel for my friends.

Room was not clean, and stains the bed linen

Property is very outdated and needs an upgrade. Not very clean as well. The staff found it hard to understand a lot of the requests.

Did not like property, not good dranage, when checked in freeze was not working, location on expedia map is not correct.

Nicht im entferntesten royal. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich renovierungsbedürfrig und schmutzig. Ich würde dort nicht noch einmal übernachten. Bei einem übernachtungspreis von etwa 70€ sollte man lieber eines der renommierten Hotels in der Nähe wählen. Der Großteil des Personals und das Frühstück waren jedoch in Ordnung.

Overall good stay..

Customer Service is good. In bathroom water was constantly leaking everywhere. Shower did not work, temporary fix was done but could not adjust the water temp during our 3 day stay. Breakfast facility was only OK.

Hotel is very nice and people who work there too

Quite an average property. FrontDesk staff is a bit unprofessional, but it was just fine overall. The service staff was overall good.

Nice Location and Comfort for family stay..overall good..

We found that the hotel management was very classist, they treated our driver poorly and refused to let him use the bathroom. Aside from that, the staff was friendly and respectful. The stay was as expected.

Property Condition is Very Poor and very very bad breakfast food and serving bowl and plates is very dirty

Was only for few hours in night as was returning from Jodhpur to Delhi so for night halt stayed in this property .

Buen hotel, excelente servicio, y excepcional restaurante. La comida, de lo mejor que hemos comido hasta ahora en la India.

Behind of the hotel, proğram platine cricket very early (6:00am) and was very loudy. Hotwater was not work sometime.
