Muy buena atención del front desk … ubicación privilegiada y camas muy cómodas!!! Volveremos sin duda !!

Todo bien pero hacia mucho calor y el ventilador no cumplia con su funcion adecuadamente.Deberian pensar en poner minisplits

El lugar es céntrico, muy bello, con terrazas muy cómodas. El personal amable, respetuoso y muy servicial. Mi esposo y yo disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia.

Hermoso y cómodo lugar, buena ubicación, su personal siempre amable, por eso y mucho mas es mi hotel favorito , 100% recomendado. Espero verles pronto amigos!☺️☝️

The staff was very accomodating and friendly. They let us leave our luggage in a safe place while we waited for our departure. They also were able to get us transportation to the airport. They were amazing! The hotel was charming but could use some updating. Very clean tho. Some rooms were airconditioned but ours wasn't. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good! The hotel was close to the city center shops & restaurants. I would stay there again.

La habitación muy limpia, cómoda, tranquila. El personal de recepción muy atento, amable y servicial al igual que el personal que nos atendío en el almuerzo. Me sorprendió el ambiente del hotel, la hacen sentir a uno cómoda e importante.

El Meson de los Poetas is a lovely hotel well situated within a short walking distance of Guanajuato's many attractions. Very easy to flag a taxi right outside the door. We stayed in a superior suite on the first floor. The room was spacious and comfortable and street noice was nonexistent. Many public seating areas outside of the rooms added to the ambiance.

Todo excelente, ubicacion, habitación, y el personal super super arentos y amables todos. Nos encanto.

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel was beautiful. The rooms very quaint and cozy, just perfect. Located near everything, el callejón del beso and the Diego Rivera a few steps away. Great stay!!
