lovely apartment , great location , would highly recommend

Property was not clean. Had a knock on the door from neighbour asking me to stay quiet when I was on my own. When I told staff about the cleanliness and showed photos was said “oh sorry about that”. Not worth the money.

Clean room, sufficient amenities but cigarette smoke smell does get into the room if there are people smoking outside in the balcony. Receptionist, Giovanna, is helpful, courteous and professional.

Staff were super helpful regarding my after gours arrival. Great communication. Parking is easy and the room was huge! Very enjoyable stay.

I’ve never stayed in a hotel that doesn’t have housekeeping, Covid years as an exception. I stayed from Sun-Fri and the bed wasn’t made once and room was barely cleaned, if at all. I even requested house keeping, was told they would come & what they did was barely noticeable. I even tipped house keeping very well & they took money without really doing anything. Everything else was fine.

This property is a little dated but the rooms are comfortable, the location is great and the staff are excellent.

Location was excellent. The room and facilities was everything that you’d need. The weekend was very wet and cold and there was a water leak, wet carpet in the bedroom, which made the room damp and smelly

Very clean facility

The room needed a detailed clean and more coffee pods and milk would have nice as only 2 was not enough for 2 people. Also I left a watch charger in the room but when I enquired about it I was told that it wasn’t there.

The location was great and the room was clean but needed some attention as there were cobwebs off the paintings and the hanging line in the bathroom was broken. Although it’s was comfortable it definitely needed a detailed clean and a few more coffee pods would have been nice as 2 was not enough.

Punthill Williamstown is in an excellent location, close to shops and restaurants, with views of Hobsons Bay and the Melbourne skyline. The spacious and well-cared-for suites have everything needed for a short stay. Recommended!

Staff addressed our requests before arriving. Check-in and check-out were easy. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. One bedroom was clean and spacious. The property has self-service for accessing extra towels/toiletries/cleaning and washing items. Only suggestion is perhaps having a smart TV in the apartment so guests have option to stream from personal devices. Thanks for having us!

This is a good location if you are looking to eat out. Also relatively quiet on week nights.
