Never stayed in this area before, thought we would extend our trip a day to experience the hot springs but the public pool was very out dated and there is no way the seniors would enjoy kids in the pool. If we were to stay in the area again I would reserve the hotel that has private pools for a better experience.

We travelled in July with our two grand-children, 10 & 12 and had a fantastic time.. When we got there our room was clean. After 2 nights , I asked about having the room cleaned?? And was told the don't clean in the middle of the week. ???? I noted we had been there a couple of nights and don't leave until Fri. We "need toilet paper, clean towels, more coffee, garbage picked up and the floors to be vacumned. We came back later in the day, and everything we asked for was done. I would definitely return.

Everything was nice in the room, except when you take a shower the water drains extremely slowly

Staff was friendly, place was clean and updated beautifully, parking was very convenient.

This hotel has renovated recently, and while that was clearly noted in description, once we arrived it was way beyond what we expected. The room was fantastic, exceptional clean, high ceilings, very spacious, comfortable beds, balcony , kitchenette etc. Reception staff were extremely warm friendly and helpful. The location is fabulous, right across from the lake, beach and promenade. We didn't have time to use the indoor pool or hot tub that is outside under a lovely gazebo, but it all looked great. Definitely will stay again

Great hotel across the street from the beach with friendly staff. Lots of restaurants in the area.

Front desk were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful during a booking issue, and were always a friendly face to chat with when coming and going. The room was perfect. Good AC, spacious suite, well stocked kitchenette. Pet-friendly, they even had a little bowl set and care kit for our pup upon arrival :) Housekeeping was super friendly to chat to, and seemed to love being there. This will be our new go-to hotel when booking Harrison!

Great location

The bathroom and bedding etc were very clean. The kitchen floor, when we wiped up water, we found was dirty. The kitchen lacked a sponge to wash the dishes with, no scrubber for the pots and pans and no tea towels to dry the dishes. The bedroom lacked air flow, air conditioner doesn't go that far. We didn't stay during hot weather and the bedroom felt stuffy, bring along a fan, if that is an issue for you. Was lovely to have restaurants, beach so close and we enjoyed the outdoor deck. With some of these small improvements, we would still recommend this hotel.

Wir hatten einen riesengroßes Zimmer mit Blick auf den See. Ideal ist die kleine Küchenzeile und der große Balkon, auf dem wir gleich gefrühstückt haben. Wir haben vorher schon unser Frühstück in Chiliwack gekauft. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Kanada sind, machen wir auf jeden Fall noch mal Stopp an diesem Hotel. Wir hatten einfach diesen Wow-Effekt

Newly renovated and in a central location along Harrison Lake stroll. We had a great view of the lake and a huge balcony with table and chairs. Our room was unexpectedly very well equipped with a full fridge, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans etc. No need to bring along anything from home. We really liked that the bedroom was separated from the living room with both having a tv.

We stayed here for two nights and paid over $770 in total. This is mountain views room, not bright day time. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. We enjoyed indoor pool and fitness facilities, and it was nice that towels were provided for guests. The room was equipped with a kitchen, which may be useful for longer stays or families. However, for a short vacation, we preferred to enjoy the many great restaurants nearby rather than cook our own meals, so the kitchen wasn’t really a benefit for us. Overall, the accommodations felt more like a motel or apartment-style stay than a resort experience. For the price, though, we expected a higher level of service. Our room was not refreshed on the second day, and there were no complimentary bottled water or small amenities such as shower caps. These details made the stay feel less premium than the price suggested. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the facilities, but we didn’t feel it offered good value for the amount we paid.

The rooms were pretty clean upon arrival. Staff is really nice. I would go back to this hotel again.
