I left a belonging and I emailed to get it returned and I received no reply.

沙发床太单薄了，还好是孩子睡。淋浴头接口漏水。沐浴液瓶都是散开的，没有洗手液。赶上英国假期，人太多，餐厅爆满，没啥服务。外部环境还不错，离温莎城堡也比较近。

Make sure you do your research. There is no air conditioning even though I would expect this in a 4* Hotel. The windows only open an inch as well. The property is vast as well and if you stay in the Green or Blue area it is a 10/15 minute walk with limited lifts in split levels. People were getting lost and going back to reception. You also need to book time slots for the pool which is not stated online. Breakfast was impressive though with a good variety of full English and Continental.

Finding your room can be tricky at first , this a large venue .

I’ve stayed in at least 10 hotels on this vacation and this was the absolute worst. The staff could care less about your concerns or requests. They require you to use fans because there’s no air-conditioning and open the windows, but then have parties on till three in the morning. I’m always courteous and asking for options and the stuff clearly could care less about anything you want to suggest. No upgrades no help moving bags no response to emails from Expedia. They basically think that the hotel and property are so great that they don’t need to put in the effort for individual customer request or needs. You are either bowing down in all over their property history or you can just leave.

No ac and no ventilation. Felt like a baking room.

No AC. Way too hot to sleep. Wondows do not open fully making things only worse. Long walk to room, no lifts.

Loved to beautiful property and fantastic breakfast. Only downside is no air conditioning and pool access is limited to early closing so we could never get to pool after day out as a family.

Avoid in summer! The room was hotter than the sun. No Aircon in the rooms and the staff couldn't care less, they seemed hopeful we were checking out when I complained. The mysterious extra fan never arrived, If I could have changed hotel's I would have. Shame as the hotel is beautiful but being cooked isn't my idea of a good nights sleep.

Beautiful hotel with beatiful grounds, great rooms (their Deluxe rooms and suites are really something!), varied breakfast with just about everything one would expect, lovely restaurant(s), good bar, big pool, amazing chappel and truly excellent personnel! Since my first visit I have increased my visits there and now go at least once a month. Good for single, couples and family visits, also offers a wide range of rooms and prices, from family budget (but quality nonetheless) to luxury spacious. I proposed to my wife there and we've also been visiting with our baby since. What else to say?

We had a great stay however, there was supposed to be a dog wash but it was not turned on. We were on the second floor, the stairwells were not cleaned in the 2 days. Cups and rubbish left on window sills. Could not open the windows in the room. It was stifling hot. We had a fan ( no air con). The restaurant in the evenings, food was great however the staff didn’t know the answer to any of my questions. We were given 2 different menus. When we ordered it was off the old menu that was no longer available.

Please do not contemplate staying here over the summer months, we stayed over royal Ascot weekend and I cannot put into words how hot the rooms and the corridors were it felt really unsafe. They give you a desk fan in the room however this did absolutely nothing for the room temperature. I’m 7 and a half months pregnant and was looking forward to this stay, instead I felt faint and extremely hot over the 2 nights we were there. My husband and I had to ring

The property was grand and pretty from the outside, but the property is dated. There is a bit of wear and tear on site. Our window had a big crack in the corner and the wood that held the glass in the window, the wood that framed the base of our bathtub showed signs of wood deterioration. The hallway that we stayed in had a very peculiar odor and smell, similar to a rotten egg or sulfur. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, but not outwardly above and beyond friendly like others in the hospitality industry. Overall, it was just an okay stay. One night would suffice for those looking for a place to rest, but the price does not match the experience.

The White House end of the hotel is lovely. Sadly we were in a different part where the rooms were tired and ultra basic. Our room stank of vomit, the mattress was very old and uncomfortable, we could feel the springs in the bed. We only had one towel and one toilet roll for two of us sharing a double room. The staff were kind but lacked an understanding of hospitality, in particular they were confused when serving dinner. Two meals came out wrong, then were corrected before being taken away, then came back, then away again. Eventually we got what we ordered and it was reasonable food. The stay was average at best.

Ascot weekend so hectic as expected however the main building is lovely but the majority of the rooms can only be thought of as the equivalent of premier inn rooms. The hotel is a confusing maze, if you’re in the blue or green wing long walk to find anything. Rats were spotted in the bar and grounds. Restaurant dinner was a disaster when we mentioned one of the party members had an allergy the food was delivered and taken away 3 x before it could be eaten as they said they hadn’t adhered to the wiping down of surfaces before preparing the food. Convenient for ascot but we won’t return . Breakfast was good.

Considering this was touted as a high end hotel, the facilities were shabby. The room was adequate but was stingy on towels. We had no help with bags after asking. Staff were friendly.

A lovely experience stopped for 1 night whilst visiting theme parks, 2 children. Huge grounds and very grand place, staff very helpful, nice spacious family room with park, pool and woodland trail. Delicious breakfast.... Lots of walking as place is so big! But just need to move car to appropriate car park as there are about 5! Would highly recommended this hotel.

Check in area was deafening with what seemed like 2 conferences being checked in in the foyer area. Parking away from check in and needing to walk there is odd and not well described. The room stank. Of vomit in the bedroom and some other vile smell in the bathroom. The sofa bed was astonishingly uncomfortable and very loud if you moved. Breakfast was mediocre.
