Could not fault the hotel

Breakfast was very limited in both quality and choice

This was our second visit, we got a classic room this time instead of a deluxe. We missed the bottled water and no fridge or robes. Room was lovely and clean, plenty of nice white towels.

Underwhelming hotel for the price point and not well maintained. If you're looking for a Beatles experience, you can skip this one. AC was not working in our room during the recent heat wave and there was no alternative solution. We checked out a day early to another hotel as we were not given any sort of compensation if we toughed it out another night.

Very poor and unhelpful staff with particular regard to the air conditioning not working and hotel rooms being over 30 degrees making it very uncomfortable to sleep

Lovely hotel. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. We didn't eat the breakfast but it looked good when we popped down for a brew.

Massively overpriced hotel, reception staff and dept manager have no care for guests at the hotel.

We had a great visit to this hotel but felt it was lacking at the front desk the staff were a bit rude and not very helpful bit other than that our visit was pretty good!

Room was very hot. Made it hard to rest. Otherwise, a great place to stay. The hotel is in the middle of all the action. We loved the location. Breakfast was tasty. (Beyond their control, garbage trucks started picking up trash early in the morning. Very noisy.)

Positives: Good central location. Clean Quiet Negatives: We were informed upon check in that the air con was broken but was being fixed and should work later on. It was the hottest weekend of the year and the air con did not work at all during our stay which made it very uncomfortable. We were given a plug in fan to use. I pre booked the breakfast at a discounted rate. At check in the staff advised that we were not booked and then charged the full amount. The cooked breakfast items were not good . I would advise eating elsewhere

Breakfast was a bit of a let down although there was plenty of food it was more like roadside cafe than hotel. If the hot buffet was improved then that would be great

A bit dated - air con poor. Paid extra for balcony but the view wasn’t that good at all and flimsy little bistro chairs and tables that had seen better days

This is a Beatles fan’s delight! The interior and exterior art and decor are fantastic. It is seconds away from the cavern club alley with had lots of live music, even on a Sunday night. Staff were incredibly helpful with finding restaurants and a forgotten earbuds. Top notch!

Wernt told to get parking discount to request a code as though we were expected to know that staff not very helpful Noisy air con system No mirror close to a socket to use straighteners and hairdryer Poor lighting in rooms difficult to do make up

Excellent deluxe balcony room especially as it was an up grade. Looked over Matthew St but with yhe tripe glazing had no disturbance at all. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were so helpful and chatty, also had the opportunity to leave luggage on last day so could explore with out it , think they also offer his service if you arrive early as we went to do tjis. But we're able to check in early which was a bonus.

A surprisingly good hotel in the centre of the city. Relaxed and friendly. Only downside is the lack of room service but you are surrounded by fast food outlets for a quick bite.

The room was ok but the bed and pillows were rock hard couldn’t sleep. Didn’t use the bar as there was no draughty lager that my husband enjoys .

Absolutely brilliant accommodation. Rooms were spacious and staff were very friendly. Great location. Highly recommend

Only fault I can say is the hot water pressure was poor and I could not have a good shower , breakfast was the usual run of the mill nothing shout out about would use this hotel again when I come to Liverpool
