The staff are Eden Roc,s biggest asset as they looked after us at the pool,bars,restaurants, rooms and reception always with a smile and a warm and friendly chat. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The pool areas are well maintained with comfortable sun beds and good towels provided. The restaurants to choose from are varied in types of cuisine and mostly good, our favourite was Miraflores Peruvian cuisine which was excellent. Our only negative was the poor choice of beer in the bars we would have preferred Alfa or Mythos greek beers. Lovely holiday cheers

Terrible room given on check in but they did move us. The terrace of our room was not maintained all weeds coming up and looked messy. Not enough staff on the bars especially, to many queues and long waits although the staff were very good. Buffet was ok but not 5 star standard. No service for drinks around pool and beach area that would be expected from a 5 star hotel. Lots.of choice of different restaurants if you are lucky enough to have concierge pre book for you prior to arrival. Not all of our party were so lucky and found it hard to get in. In all a ok hotel and nice staff but defiantly not 5 star

The hotel is beautiful and the location unique. The food at the buffets is varied and good, better than the restaurants. The staff was nice and helpful and the all inclusive is truly all inclusive. The only reason why it's not a 5 is the entertainment. There was quality live music every evening, but no other activities. The animation team was invisible throughout the day and didn't do much than dancing and clapping in the evenings. Overall it was still an excellent experience.

They have activities for all ages. The breakfast buffet was good and fresh. The front desk was very welcoming and kind. It was a very fast check-in with champagne. Our dinner reservation was made by guest service TSAMPIKOS is his name. He was able to make the impossible happen for my family and I. I cannot say enough good things about this property. The bar tenders were very nice. Everyone we came across made us feel welcome. My wife is from Jamaica and I’m from Inglewood CA. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone of any race.

We absolutely loved our stay at Eden Roc Resort! We now know why people keep coming back. The staff are all great and there is superb Al a carte restaurants to choose from.

Upton arriving to the hotel, it met our expectations, modern, clean and welcoming. However after a few days issues with the hotel started to unfold. The 'hot' food served in the buffet was always cold. This became a concern so we avoided it as much as possible. Bar service was slow, often queuing for over 15min+ for a drink. The cocktail menu was limited and the standard of cocktails being poor often being given drinks half filled or not made well, which made them undrinkable Most of the al a carte restaurant we ate in where great, however we found booking these difficult. We had a party of 9 across three rooms and had to book reservations with concierge on our first day to secure dining. We couldn't get into any the first two days due to availability, but when attending the restaurants we had booked these where almost empty at times We had booked an executive suite our shower leaked and would flood the room if a few towels weren't put down under the shower door The ceiling in the walk in wardrobe started to leak and water from the air-conditioning unit leaked onto my clothes. It took maintenance 4 hours to respond while water kept coming down The hotel offered to launder my clothes which i didn’t receive back until 10pm & inspection most of the clothes were damp. There was a leak outside our bedroom, there was visible mould on the wall and water all over the floor which didn’t get cleaned up I wouldn't consider this to be a 5* hotel

An unforgettable week for the second time, staying in the pool bungalow with the bar included (breakfast and lunch plus cocktails) exclusively for pool bungalow guests. The food, coffee, cocktails, and more are of better quality and in a quiet environment. The room, the setting, the service, the housekeeping, the restaurants, the games, and the evening entertainment are extraordinary. It's just a shame that the meals are exactly the same as they were two years ago. I ate the same things. If the hotel could change the menu and buffet every one or two years, it would be perfect. But hey, it was as good as the first time.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. Large complex but very well managed. The beach is their own and the main pool looks olympic size! All staff are very friendly and accommodating.

What an incredible hotel! So beautifully decorated, such a vibe. Staff are wonderful. The food selection is incredible, so many different restaurants- even for breakfast & lunch. Garden Bungalow was clean and spacious. This is the first hotel I’ve genuinely been excited to return to. What a gem!

Food, facilities & staff were great.

Super staff, especially Tsampikos from guest relations. Pre booked us the best restaurant so we didn’t miss out on an outstanding experience. Definitely a 5 star hotel a recommended stay they felt like family nothing to much trouble for the reception team. I will return

Amazing resort! Everything about it was faultless and staff cannot do enough for you. Nikos at Club 800 was fantastic, really looked after us and cocktails were out of this world! We will definitely be back!

It felt like a sanctuary. What truly sets Eden Roc apart is the exceptional staff, especially Eleni and Tsampikos. Eleni radiates warmth and hospitality—she made us feel like family from the very first day. Her attention to detail and genuine care turned every interaction into a joy. And Tsampikos? A legend. His energy, humor, and dedication to making guests feel welcome is unmatched. Whether offering local tips or simply sharing a laugh, he made our stay unforgettable.

Amazing hotel and location - lots of issues trying to book restaurants - then when you get in they are not full - maybe because first week of the season and staffing issues - other than that we had a great week and think it’s very good value for money.
