The location was great inside Old Quebec City so we could easily walk to many restaurants & key attractions. The lobby staff were also very friendly! Our room was a spacious and comfortable stay for our family of 3.

wonnderful clean and well equipped

We stayed one night. Location is perfect. Room 2 queen bed was very comfortable. We had a little issue with our bed and it was solved right away. Bathroom was very big and clean. You have shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as hand wash ( no cream) . Many towels and hair dryer. Receptionist was very friendly, helpful and professional . There is room in the lobby where you can relax. Our room was on 4 floor, there is no elevator, it was okay for my 85 year old mother. We pre booked hotel parking for 28$ which was great! I will be back to this hotel and I recommend to everyone who can walk the stairs.

The location of this hotel is incredible! We were worried about parking since we were driving in from Montreal, but they have a small parking lot in the back of the building which was perfect for us. The staff were so polite and the hotel was very clean. We will definitely be staying here again and recommending it to friends and family!

The staff was nice but the bed had stains on the sheets when we got there and was quite uncomfortable. It made us get in small sleep fights because neither of us was getting a good sleep in the uncomfortable bed with the worst pillows you’ve ever used. In the morning we were not mad at each other because we both knew we were only fighting because of the terrible sleep we were getting like being hangry but with a lack of sleep.

Nice Clean Hotel, very welcoming staff and always available to help. Is locates in an old building but all well decorated and rooms renovated and well decorated. In the heart of Old Quebec, walking distance to restaurants and attractions

Easy walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and Chateau Frontenac and other historic sites. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was outstanding. We will return!!

Clean room, staff are all nice, places to visit are all closer to this hotel. The other thing that quite challenging is that they don’t have elevator for the luggage to carry upstairs and no slippers, fridge is empty for water bottle to drink and to use for coffee. Other than that is all good.

Nous avons eu un stationnement directement à l’hotel , chambre très très propre et spacieuse. On dirait même que personne n’avait jamais utilisé la salle de bain tellement qu’elle etait propre. Très bien situé. Merci! Nous y retournerons sans hésiter

Great location and very clean property

Hotel was amazing

Close walking distance to dining but a few things I didn’t like no elevator ! Not flexible on early check in tight parking spaces . No mirrors in the room just one small in the bathroom .
