Accidentally left my coat at the hotel. Staff took it to ferry terminal and passed it to sailor for delivery to Napoli. Great service!

飯店的位置非常棒，不但離港口近，距離商店區也只是幾步之遙，而且面海的客房風景也超讚，早餐準備的很 豐富，服務人員總是面帶笑容，整體而言令人非常滿意～

We spend 3 nights at this hotel (We have had more 350+ nights via Hotels.com - and have had such bad experience) I.g.: Four steps (stairs) to the elevator, not easy with suitcases No caffemachine in the room Door to refrigerator had no nob to open with Door lock to room had no nob to turn / lock with You had to pay EUR 1 for Pool towel, but not easy to get because staff wasn't at the disk. At checkout the price was EUR 3 per towel? Cigarette buts all over our balkon. Ask to change our sunbeds, because we couldn't lie on them - that never happen They say it is 4 star hotel, they should be happy with 2 stars

Personale, var fantastisk Morgenmaden, passede mere til Italiener, da der er meget kage. Værelserne kunne godt trænge til opgradering.

Excellent location and view from roof top pool over the harbour was amazing. Only downside was the breakfast...very poor and not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. Will stay room only next time.

Location was prime. Staff lovely. A little dated but still had character and charm. Pool on roof and outside areas were lovely to spend time on. Breakfast could have had less pastries/cakes but it was tasty. lovely views from our room. Staff were great at sourcing fresh flowers as a surprise for my wife

Great hotel and conveniently located at Ischia Porto

What a find. A few minutes walk from the port. The desk staff, were excellent. Very welcoming, super friendly. As for location, this is it. You have a line if busy evening restaurants out front, a street back it gets even better. Minutes walk to everything. I had considered staying down toward the island castle, glad I didnt. Quiet, pricey and you'd end up coming up to this area. As a frequent traveller, thumbs up!

Great location on the port with many nearby restaurants and shops. The outdoor pool is heated which is nice. My father liked the breakfast and staff were friendly.

The hotel is looking a bit tired and worn. The breakfast was underwhelming. Too many pastries and not enough savory food. What they did offer was scrambled egg and sausages under a heat lamp that didn't provide enough heat so they were cold every day. No toaster for the bread. A grill that people were trying to use. The staff at reception were very accommodating as well as the restaurant.

Väldigt slitet hotell vars storhetstid för länge sedan passerat. Personal gör sitt bästa men fönsterluckor gick inte att stänga och öppna och poolområdet var mycket slitet. Frukost rudimentär, cappuccino blaskig. Gott om tårtor och bakelser, men obefintligt med grönsaker och pålägg. Det enda värt att betala för läget…mycket centralt i Ischia Porto med närhet till färja hamn och trevliga restauranger

Love the location… Front desk extremely helpful but no shampoo or conditioner in room. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely stay in a brilliant hotel. Staff on arrival were friendly and welcoming, they even upgraded our room for our anniversary which was a nice touch. The location is perfect, right by the marina and a 5 minute walk from the main strip and the main bus stops to explore the island, a lot of excursions near and the ferry port is a 3 minute walk which is very handy. The hotel was a little old fashioned but I quite liked this style, old skool decor but clean and no issues with the room other than the air con being broken which wasn't ideal. Didn't get to use the pool or spa but I hear they were good. Breakfast was good and I honestly can't compliment the staff more, very helpful and friendly. Thanks for a lovely stay and we'll be back again

Excellent breakfast and helpful ladies at reception. Didn’t use the pool on 5th floor but relaxing, reading and enjoying the view up there was just lovely. Central position of the hotel on the harbour made it easy to take the ferries and go to restaurants and bars. Downside : very noisy with tourists until late in the night, traffic, Vespas and at 5 am rubbish collection. No aircon so you had to open the windows to breathe. Luckily though, no heatwave in April. Get a room on higher floors or at the back.

The location was the best part. But there was noise from a crowd of kids partying outside my window. That kept me up late. Then the machines from workers woke me up at 5 AM. The drapes were broken and so I wasn’t able to close them. The place looked a lot more rundown than the photos. It made the Hampton Inn look like a luxury hotel.
