去年五月來住過，今次重遊一連住了五晚。 經驗所得，向大馬路的房間車聲較嘈吵，去年職員送給我一對耳塞. 於是要求埃及接待員給予較寧靜的房間，謝謝他的幫忙, 服務態度良好!

Accommodation is everything required

The room was great, apart from the windows, we were overlooking the A580 so it was very noisy, difficult to sleep as the windows are not well glazed. The toilet roll does not flush so you waste water trying to re-flush it. We havent eaten here as we used the pub next door. The location is good. The staff friendlyv& helpful, ample parking.

There was a fight going on in the hotel around midnight - my colleagues who were staying there didnt get any sleep. The food was apparently nice.

There was no hot water or heating from Wednesday nyt so that was the onley thing that was wrong

Everything was lovely. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and fresh and bed was so comfy that my husband and I went sleep from 11pm to 11am. The best sleep we’ve had in a long time. Bed and pillows were so comfy. Thankyou

The hotel decor etc. is fine but the room had an overpowering stench of sewer drains from the bathroom. I got there at midnight so couldn't really change . Looking at other reviews if is a common issue there and has been for some time .

The hotel was clean and the food was good but we did have one issue which was a bit worrying. Our key card wouldn't work, which I know can happen, so my husband went back to the reception. They checked the number and reissued the keycard. We got into the room this time...only to find other people's stuff in there. So for the 3rd time we went back to reception. My point is that I wouldn't like to think other people could get in our room in the same circumstances!! Not hood really.

Lovely clean room, bed so comfortable, I slept like a log 😊. Staff lovely & very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Parking not a problem. Breakfast very good buffet style, all cooked food was hot. Will be back.
