Great hotel great service

3rd time in this hotel, nice service, nice attitude. Great food, just a little bit expensive~

Way better than Westin Grand Frankfurt, and about same price! A little bit too expensive for breakfast, everything else is awesome!

Hotel is beautiful and immaculately clean. The staff are amazing and incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely and all of the social areas and bar were fantastic.

Situated on great shopping area and just the most stunning hotel. Impeccably high standard throughout and our bedroom and bathroom exceptional All round a great overnight experience.

The hotel is quite luxurious. It is exclusive to the guests. That is, others are not allowed in unless accompanied by a guest. It is strange that beverages are not allowed in the beautiful lobby area with the fireplace. There is also a separate very large living room with complementary snacks and beverages. However, alcoholic beverages are not allowed even if they are brought from the upstairs bar. They do serve Prosecco on request in this area. The breakfast buffet has a large variety of foods and is very good. The à la carte items on the breakfast menu were also very nice. We had drinks in the bar. The cocktails are very good. They have quite a few very interesting ones.
