ห้องไม่ตรงปกทุกอย่างไม่ดีเลยคอนเฟิร์ม

Very annoying stay. No lift, receptionist in the morning had forgot his smile at home... doesn't know how to greet guest. Breakfast was horrible, pick-up and drop driver of shuttle service, does not know how to treat guest. Strongly recommend not to stay even for one night.

รถตู้ไปส่งสนามบินแพงมากเลยตั้ง200บาท

Resepsionisnya sangat sangat tidak ramah. Dia meminta saya untuk charge mobil jemput bandara 200 bath per orang, kami ada 4 orang, Totalnya dia meminta 800 bath padahal saya memesan kamar+one way transfer in, yang artinya untuk biaya kamar termasuk biaya antar dari bandara ke hotel. Tapi resepsionisnya tetap meminta kami membayar untuk mobil jemputan karena itu tidak termasuk. Dia mengatakan silahkan menghubungi CS kalian karena kamar ini tidak termasuk untuk jemput dari bandara ke hotel. Saya sangat kecewa sekali dan saya tetap ngotor tidak membayar sejumlah uang yang dia minta. Saya sangat marah dan saya katakan, saya mau bicara dengan manager kamu. Dan dia hanya terlihat memencet telepon tapi tidak menyambungkan ke managernya. Dia lelah dengan saya yang bersikeras tidak mau membayar untuk mobil jemputan dan mempersilahkan kami ke kamar. Saya dan teman-teman membawa koper dan barang bawaan kami menaiki tangga sampai ke lantai 5, luar biasa hotel berbintang tidak ada liftnya. Saya tidak merekomendasikan menginap disini. Saya benar-benar kecewa.

Location was not far from the airport which what we looking for, staff were just okay maybe because I am Thai so they don’t really give much attention or not that active to the request, room was great as per 3 star hotel, good choice for stop over before next flight.

ทางเราจองไป3ห้อง แต่มีปัญหาในการจอง 1ห้อง แจ้งว่าเรายังไม่ชำระเงิน ให้ติดต่อ แอปเอง คุณกนกรตรวจสอบเอกสาร ชื่อ และเลขที่การจองไม่ถูกต้อง ทางเราตัดปัญหาโดยชำระเงินสดไปก่อน กว่าจะเคียกันลงตัวใช้เวลานานมาก เพราะทางเรานำกระเป๋าเข้าที่พักแล้วจะต้องไปทำธุระของนอกอีก แล้วมีการจะเรียกเก็บเงินอีก200 บาท กับห้องที่ตุณกนกรเอาเอกสารของคนอื่นมายื่นให้เราผิด มัดจำค่าลูกกุญแจแพงเกินไปหรือป่าวคะ 500 บาท ต่อห้องเพื่อนจากเมกามาเข้าเช็คอินก่อน ไม่มีเงินสดในการมัดจำลูกกุญแจ เพื่อนเราแจ้งว่าชำระผ่านมือถือQR codeได้ไหม ทางโรงแรมไม่มีเลยยึดพาสปอร์ต การจองผ่านแอป ต่อให้มีผู้สูงอายุมาด้วย ก็ให้ขึ้นพักชั้น4 โดยไม่มีลิฟ ผู้สูงอายุ อายุ70 เดินขึ้นบรรไดชั้น4 เองทั้งที่ห้องข้างล่างว่าง ตุณกนกรแจ้งว่าเป็นกฏ ของทางโรงแรม อาหารที่เราสั่งมาทานตอนกลางคืนคือ ราดหน้าหมู แย่มากทานไม่ได้ น้ำราดหน้าเหมือนกาวแป้งเปียก อยากถามว่าคนทำอาหารทานได้ไหม ก่อนที่จะนำมาให้ลูกค้าทาน คุณกนกรตอนรับลูกค้าได้แย่มาก อยากให้ทาง #คอนวีเนียนรีสอร์ท นำเรื่องที่เราร้องเรียนไปพิจารณาด้วยนะคะ เพราะเพื่อนที่มากเมกาเดินทางมาเที่ยวเมืองไทยบ่อยมาก แจ้งว่าจะไม่มาใช้บริการแย่ๆที่คอนวีเนียนอีก

แย่มาก จะไม่ไปใช้บริการอีกแล้ว

ห้องพักใหญ่ดี พนักงานต้อนรับพูดห้วนๆไม่ค่อยยิ้มเเย้ม โทรทัศน์ดูไม่ได้ มดเต็มห้อง และให้พักชั้นสุดท้าย เดินขึ้นเหนื่อยไปเลยโชคดีที่ทางโรงเเรมเปลี่ยนห้องให้ เเต่พนักงานพวกเเม่บ้านบริการดี โดยรวมก็โอเคค่ะ

สภาพห้องดี ห้องน้ำสะอาด หมอนแข็งนิดหน่อย ตู้เย็นว่างเปล่า ปลั๊กไฟเยอะ

The worst place to stay. The staff is rude, far away from the way of being polite with customers. Their transport service from or to airport is not clearly mentioned on their hotel detail add. If you go to airport they will charge you 200 baht. Water doesn't flush in the toilet. And if your ac stops working don't be surprised, and they will not accommodate you in another room because no desk service during night. Better to eat outside then in the resorts kitchen. I am really really very disappointed that I chose this place. What they show in the pictures is totally opposite and at its worse.

I did go there, me and my son was so shocked to see the hotel, it was like at the end of the road, like we are in the middle of the rice field, when i enter the lobby it was so hot no air condition, and their in front desk it too small, when i check in, the stuff was so not nice, he ask 1000 baht for deposit and when i ask about free transfer to airport, he said no free lift, I have to pay 200 bath, but most of all my bad day was no lift/elevator to get me to my room to 4th floor, it's crazy, i am coming here to Thailand with my son not to make us suffering, directly i decide to move to another hotel, i may lose some money because i already paying it, i just wanna to have a good day, i really not recommend this place to you all, and also a good friend of mine who live in Thailand said, it's really a worse place to stay, i hope it can helps you all!

Good for the price. But coffee and food are overpriced.
