Wi-Fi doesn’t work TV. It doesn’t work because there’s no Wi-Fi ,roaches in the bedrooms terrible so-called continental Breakfast , the only good thing about it is the cleaning lady her name is Fatma she was great , AC was working and a hot water was hot. That place should not be called. Hotel should be MOTEL not four stars for sure half star if that. The ministry of tourism of the Tunisian government are sleeping in the wheels. Expedia do some homework on those things please thank you.

struttura trascurata e poco pulita.

Sporco fatiscente vecchio abbandonato allucinante , mi domando come possano ancora esistere luoghi del genere.(TV non funzionante, moquette lercia, scarico del bagno rotto, porta carta igienica sporco, lenzuola macchiate, riscaldamento non funzionante finestre senza chiusura,acqua fredda nella doccia e scarafaggio in camera del mio collega, sala della colazione con tovaglie macchiate e poco da mangiare Peccato, il personale alla reception è molto gentile

Very bad hotels No one else is at this resort but us.

Sejour ageable, le personnel accueillant et chaleureux, tres disponible et a notre petit soins. Directeur tres a l'ecoute et a fait que tous se passe bien pendant notre sejour. Petit déjeuner très copieux.

Der unterkunft entspricht gar nicht seine beschreibung in disem App. Personal des Hotels sagt, dass es Schuldigen von dem App ist. Und sie können nicht meine Buchung canceln. In die App war diese Funktion unmöglich. Ich habe da Geld und Zeit verbrachte, sie müssen erstattet werden.

The issue is the bad communication with expedia which they don’t resolve the problem professionally and they are not telling the truth about offer in the hotel until we arrived and have been informed by the hotel management. So I will never use expedia a gain and advice people to double check before they travel.

Ma chambre n'étais pas propre. Baignoire bouché Toilette pas propre La repas chaud etais froid. Tres déçue de mon sejour. J'ai du partir apres ma 1ere soirée la bas. Je souhaiterais un remboursement. Cordialement

Second stay here now, mainly due to where my wife lived and closeness to Tunis. Really friendly staff, able to help, need to brush up on my French! Cosy room. Good supply of food.

Slightly out of season. A la carte menu on the Sunday, plenty of choice of food on other days and in the morning. Room ok with slightly temperamental aircon but with nice view of the bay.

Séjour très calme. Chambre magnifique, confortable et pratique. Personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Grand merci à la charmante dame de la réception qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement. Toutefois nous regrettons l'accès à la plage qui est impossible depuis l’intérieur de l’hôtel à cause de la clôture verrouillée par cadenas. Il faut quitter l'établissement pour profiter de la plage. Dommage qu'il n’existe pas de piscine intérieure alors qu'elle est mentionnée sur la fiche de réservation. Une erreur à corriger sur le descriptif de l'hôtel.

This hotel is good for Tunisian Standards, compared to other hotels, but it cannot be compared to other 4 star hotels (f.ex. in Europe). It is all rather old and worn out, but not broken - so that is ok in Tunesia. There are bars everywhere in this hotels, and in Tunesia, a bar also means noisy smoking rich Arabic people (Tunesian, Libian, Algerian) who come to spend a lot money there with their girlfriends. On Saturday evening the parking was completely full with such visitors who came to party, the security at the entrance let everybody in and out and in the morning our car was slightly damaged. The service at the hotel is below Tunesian Standards. We were not sufficiently and proactively informed at the reception and had to ask everything ourselves. The view and the location is excellent.
