地理位子方便,離梵谷美術館 跟國家博物館都非常近,房間 整體不大但一個人住的話夠用 了(30吋行李箱可以完整攤開)

Location is great, only 5mins walk to major museums in Amsterdam. And 5mins to airport bus 397 station. The cleanliness of the room is below average. We stayed for 7 days and the hotel only replaced our hand towels and shower towels for 3 times. And we only had shower mat for 2 days out of the 7 days. I’m not sure it’s the environmental friendly policy of the hotel or what, but i saw no such signs in the room. And the bed linen was not changed once during our stay. I think for the price I paid, I can find better hotel than this.

旅館位置便利，離梵谷美術館、荷蘭國家博物館等都很近；但是房間極小，真的非常小！我們訂了兩個房間，入住時兩間的備品都不齊全（一間忘了放毛巾、一間少了一罐沐浴乳），雖然和櫃檯反映後很快補上，但還是覺得這樣等級的房間一晚要162歐元有點貴呀......大概阿姆斯特丹物價就是這麼高吧。

The location of the hotel is the only advantage. All the other services are awful such as the staff , size of room , hygiene of room...

The man at the front desk was so kind and accommodating to us. His hospitality is what I will always remember.

We had a really good stay at XO Hotels Inner Amsterdam. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the tram stop, with plenty of local shops nearby, and the museums and Vondelpark are all within easy walking distance. There were also vending machines in the hotel, which were handy for drinks and snacks. The room was clean and comfortable, although there was a little dust in a few places, but nothing that affected our stay or was worth complaining about. Breakfast was available, although we didn’t use it, so we can’t comment on the food. The only real downside was the noise from the corridor. Our room was next to the staff exit used by the cleaners, so it could be a bit noisy at times. Other than that, we really couldn’t fault the hotel and would happily stay here again.

It would have helped if we had a couple of drawers in addition to the small closet. The staff was exceedingly helpful.

Quadruple room on the 5th floor is good option for families as long as you don't have very large suitcases. A/C with individual control, compared to other rooms where you are either freezing or too hot is worth climbing 14 steps of 3” depth from 4th floor (no elevator past 4th floor). Breakfast was of average quality, especially watery eggs every day, or over boiled eggs. but everything else in the buffet works ok for a quick bite before heading out.

Pros: The hotel is very well located, and the staff are very polite. Cons: The room I stayed in was extremely small—making it difficult to even move around—and there was no minibar, which was an issue given the hot weather in the city.

Frokosten var ikke noe å skryte av, men standard varm og kald servering. Litt merkelig å orientere seg i da det lå i underetasjen blandt gjesterom. Ellers veldig greit opphold! Blackout-gardiner og regndusj på et bittelite bad. Litt tynne vegger og noe slamring fra nabodører...

Gostei muito! hôtel superou minhas expectativas, todos que nos atenderam na recepção foram solícitos, quarto limpo, um pouco apertado mas muito cômodo, agradável e organizado, voltarei mais vezes.

Boa localização, bem próximo ao Museumplein e Vondelpark. Quarto confortável e bem climatizado. O único incoveniente é não ter frigobar no quarto. Café da manhã muito bom, com opções de frios, ovos, frutas, panificados e iogurte. Porém cobram valor cheio do café até de crianças pequenas. Estava com uma criança de 02 anos e outra de 05 anos, cobraram o valor de adulto, o que é, no mínimo, abusivo.

Accueil impeccable, service de chambre aux petits soins. Plusieurs choix pour le petit déjeuner. Avec air conditionné, fort apprécié pendant la canicule. Souplesse dans les heures d’arrivée et de départ.
