Very nice hotel, at the city centre, close to all the sightseeing points. Ravenna is a very beautiful town. We enjoyed our stay.

This property was fine for a one night stay. The staff was super helpful and friendly and the location of the hotel is great!! Only two negatives: 1) The air conditioner in our room did not work well, so if you are coming in the summer and AC is a priority be aware. 2) The Expedia listing says this property has a laundry, but it does not. We were told we’d have to walk to a laundromat around a half mile away.

Beautiful hotel located 10 minutes walk from most World Heritage Sites. Close to restaurants and shops. Room was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit and great muesli.

Stayed 1 night before taking a cruise. We took a train from Bologna and walked from the train station to the hotel. It was not difficult and we would absolutely stay here again. We took the stairs to our room except to take the luggage up, it is a very small elevator but a great memory. The room and bed were small by US standards but the bathroom was a very good size and the bed was comfortable. I loved that our windows opened to a courtyard. Everyone we had contact with at the hotel was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice with a good variety. The location was perfect for us to wander around and explore. It was quite close to the tomb of Dante and we enjoyed the reading at 6pm outside the tomb. There were plenty of food options and gelato shops near the hotel. I wasn't sure about taking a shuttle from the hotel to the cruise because the hotel is in an area closed off to cars. It was no problem at all, the cruise shuttle is allowed to pull up to the hotel. There are 2 gelato shops right outside the hotel so we had a gelato while waiting for the shuttle.

Nice location, large rooms with darkening blinds. Room was quiet.

Great central location. Quiet inside rooms. Staff also very helpful. Giant room light fixture! Very small shower, though. That room key is attached to a very heavy and bulky key ring to remind us to leave it when we go out. Quaint; I remember it from pre-EU days! Breakfast staff was great; concierge too--always there. Excellent location, clean, nice rooms, staff was friendly and welcoming. Hotel decor is dated but nice. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

ラベンナにはあまり宿泊施設が多くなく、街中で観光に便利な点を重視して選んだが、この点については大満足。有名な観光場所はどこも歩いてすぐだし、夜も周りに食事処がたくさんあり、食後もゆったりできた。 　値段も抑えられていたので、期待しなかったが、やはり部屋の施設は多少古かった。それでも致命的な欠陥はなく、この値段でこのロケーションは評価したい。朝食も心配したが、まずまずだった。（昼間は猛烈な暑さでも夜は涼しいというよい季節だったので、一番重要な冷暖房がどうかは答えられない。） 　チェックアウト後に荷物の預かりもきちんとしてくださり、スタッフも無骨ながら親切さが感じられた。 　単に観光のために宿泊するという意図なら（つまりホテル滞在を楽しむのが目的でないなら）、とてもよい宿だと思う。

Though they have an Air Conditioner in the room, they were not willing to turn it on during the beginning of a heat wave. They did help and pivot with a full standing fan which was very appreciated 👍

Staff was lovely. Beds were truly awful. The hotel is very reasonable price, but really needs work. Probably a better choice for students than people our age.

Probably the best location in town. Easy to get to all the sights, and there’s a gelato place right across the little street. The staff were very helpful and nice in every way. Breakfast did not offer as much variety as we expected (no cheese or cold cuts), but it was plentiful and nice enough. A typical 3star hotel, but beginning to show its age so needs some updating.

Emplacement parfait au cœur historique de la ville, et à 10 minutes à pied de la gare. Le personnel très accueillant et très sympa, alors que demander de plus ? Un petit déjeuner avec plus de produits frais et moins industriel. Mais bon globalement très bon rapport qualité prix.
