A/c unbelivable weak, shower area is a joke, difficult to turn yr body. the water pressure very low....Can't believe this kind of hotel can be survived.

good location, near the central station. it is convenient to take the bus or train to other cities. It is located in the main district where a lot of historical sites and restaurants could be found.

Il personale molto cortese e attento anche se un poco troppo privo di iniziativa. Di fronte ad ogni richiesta non basta la solidarietà e la scrollata di spalle...mi aspetto un minimo di pro attività e tentativo di risoluzione come per la cattiva ricezione del televisore. Assenza completa dei canali mediaset e non solo e non è sufficiente che l'antenna a volte non funziona. La camera spaziosa e pulita ma la mancanza di un frigo in camera, l'impossibilità di ottenere un po'di ghiaccio nemmeno dal bar rischiano di rendere meno piacevole il soggiorno.

Sentralt og bra. Noen minutter fra jernbanen og busstasjonen, Lidel 50m unna, Gamlebyen er også kort vei unna. Heis, noe som er langt fra vanlig.

Excellent déjeuner avec les pâtisseries locales! Très bon café Les gens sont aidants et gentils Le stationnement toutefois n’est pas sur place, à proximité ( 4 minutes de Marche) Mais ils ont appelé pour les aviser et aider à trouver

One restaurant (Seven something) very expensive nearby. Wifi not very good. Would drop out. Stairs to third floor. Traffic noise and chair scraping.

We chose this hotel because of the proximity of the main rail station and the centre. We arrived early, hoping to leave our bags and return later but the reception said the room was available now, so we unpacked and started our adventure. The centre of Palermo is on the door step with all the sites and markets nearby.

from Palermo Airport to this hotel the best way is to take shared taxi cost 8 euros per person and arrive at the door of the hotel, this hotel is located central part of the most sightseeing locations, walking 10 mins to everywhere and there is a super market Lidl across the street, 3 blocks to train station and bus terminals to any places across Sicily, also the front desk person is very professional and friendly. It is a HOTEL! not AirBnB that has no front desk. Love to stay at this place, we arrived about 3 PM, and then out to look around, within walking distance of 10 minutes, we have seen all the places we planned to visit as a sightseeing spots, so next day we done the most of the planned sightseeing.

Nice breakfast options. Staff were very helpful. Very close to train station. Rooms could use an upgrade but was sufficient enough for our stay.

Det er egentlig ikke hotell. Bare et sted å sove. Gammelt og slitt, men det ble stelt hver dag. Enormt med støy fra trafikk og selv om vi var der 7 netter så fikk vi ikke bytte. Testet frokost 1 dag, men det var dårlig utvalg og kun plastikkrus. Ingen andre sted å slappe av enn i sengen. Resepsjonen er kun et sted som passer på nøkkelen, ellers er det ingen service.

Area around hotel was very dirty and noisy

The team led by Giovanni were polite, efficient, moved us to new rooms & made sure that our stay was so enjoyable. The breakfast in the morning was very good. I recommend you stay at this hotel as it is also central to all major attractions in Palmero. I have it 5 stars.

Hard to get there if you driving

The AC kept going off the first night at 5 am woke up sweating mid Sep. The next day same thing. The employees were very nice, coming to our room to fix it, but 3rd morning the owner was there and was rude, and said temperature is set at 24 degrees and said people turn it off usong the phone. I explained that as soon we arrived the AC was turned on, but every couple of hours went off, leaving us sweating in the middle of the night. At one point the owner walked away, mid way during our conversation.

Netter Empfang. Schönes altes Haus mit grossen Zimmer mit viel liebevollen Details. Hatte soger ein upgrade Junior Suite erhalten. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, Bahnhof gleich in der Nähe. Ideal für Ausflüge Daher bei offenem Fenster ziemlich laut. Es sind jedoch neue verbaut die gut schliessen.
