Very good breakfast!

The hotel billed us a pack of crisps after checked out which we claimed that we had not consumed. We reiterated the case but no result was received from the hotel till now. The hotel is away from city and no shops around. Other than these, the rooms had been renovated and maintained in good condition. The buffet breakfast is good.

This is an excellent hotel. Breakfast was very good, the bar is very good too and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Extremely good value for money.

Staff were very helpful; room was a good size and was clean. Bathroom had everything we needed. Breakfast was really lovely - great choice for everyone! Decent choice of food and the bar seemed to cater for all tastes.

Clean and good stay for the traveler by rental car.

Property was spotless. Room was large with beautiful vintage decor. Room service was absolutely amazing! All staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Communication seems to lack especially with guest requests. Good sent back as it was cold but they did replace with no fuss and lots of apologies. Usually good this time not as good!

Great hotel! Super friendly, great rooms and superb facilities. Plenty of free parking and good proximity to Heathrow.
