Most staff are no so friendly. They also charged us 7 Euro for our 2 year-old son for joining breakfast. They didn't notify us that they need to charge him when we entered. They just came with a bill when we were finishing.

Poor wifi connection in room

距離車站有點遠(約15分鐘),但直走就可到大教堂

各種項目都還可以，到車站需要走一段就是，還有某一個櫃台會顯得有點不耐煩......

Simple Room but it is big enough to put our lugguages. But the shower area is very small and only have curtain. It is difficult to enjoy the shower. The hotel is a little bit far away from the train station (about 15 mins walk). Wifi is ok and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

within 20 mins walk to all main attractions and the view for breakfast is great,room is clean but hotel wifi is weak, no connection at our room but only connect outside

Half of our rooms didn’t have hot water for their showers for 2 of the 3 days we stayed there.

It was a wonderful place to stay , very convenient location. Close to everything very comfortable. Staff very friendly. Would do it again.

Ótimo estabelecimento, com uma linda vista para a Igreja. Excelente localização

God pladsering i byen i forhold til seværdigheder og restauranter. 100 m til sporvogn T2 til togstation og lufthavn. Fantastisk udsigt fra terrasse og morgenmads restaurant. Rigtig god morgenmad og meget venligt personale. God seng men værelset trængte til at blive malet.

Quarto como na foto, bem limpo. Café da manhã continental. Bom atendimento. Mas quarto não tem isolamento acústico. Podia se ouvir as pessoas no corredor, no quarto em cima e o encanamento de madrugada.

Chegamos no periofo noturo o hotel possuia uma pequena placa esvo dida atras de jma van, impossibilitando o acesso por faltade sinaluzacao.

I was staying in this hotel before I connected with friends at a differemt property. Staff were friendly and rooftop was a nice touch.

Good location near historic section, but very small room, tiny bathroom, breakfast very mediocre. However, staff were wonderful and very helpful.
