really one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed at. (and I've stayed in hundreds.....). Dirty rooms, rusty and broken bathroom sink... and unhelpful staff. and some staff were actually unfriendly... No room amenities = no coffee , no hair conditioner.... ... and (final straw....) they did not inform us that their lobby was under renovation which meant we had to drag our luggage up and down a steep set of outdoor stairs to their basemnt whete they had set up a temporary reception...

Very nice hotel and good location; the cleaning service is good! Only one problem is the lift availability, always need to wait for long time

Comfortable room. The facilities in underground floor is great. Very near to the Rathaus(Xmas market). A male staff in their restaurant(Rebelli) is disorganised. All in all, we are satisfied during our six nights in this hotel.

Perfect location for museums and near to Volkstheater station. Comfortable room and very nice staffs.

地點不錯，要去各主要的景點方便且省時，房間簡單些，但櫃台服務及早餐很好。

Große Sauna, saubere Zimmer. Jedoch laut, wenn man im 7. Stock ein Zimmer bekommt.

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr entgegenkommend und hat einen Fehler unsererseits zu unserem Vorteil ausgebügelt. Lediglich das Gym könnte für unseren Geschmack etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Insgesamt jedenfalls der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für einen Städtetrip.

Utmärkt frukost med mycket att välja på, bra kaffe.

La chambre est magnifique, grande, bien décorée avec une vue superbe. Le personnel est dévoué (nous avons été aidés pour faire face à un problème de santé). Le restaurant est agréable mais la cuisine est basique. A côté il y a un restaurant fabuleux (Nosh), et la location de l'hôtel est excellente pour du tourisme. Nous reviendrons !
