The location was great. The room was very comfortable, the decor was wonderful and bathroom very nice and clean. Flora, the evening host was very nice. She have us great recommendations for sites and restaurants. She even prepared a bag breakfast for our very early departure. Roula the day host was very helpful and friendly as well. We would highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Chania.

Well maintained 700 year old building. The staff was very helpful at check in and secured a taxi for our departure time as they have limited # of taxis in Chania on the morning of our departure. Excellent coffee and a big and varied amount of food that was very tasty at breakfast. Very pleased.

Be prepared for lots of steps! Love the location and view! Excellent breakfast! Middle of it all!

This hotel was the favorite of my family among all the other places we stayed during our trip to Greece. The hotel is very old and maintains a special charm through its decor. We slept well in the beds- very comfortable and not hard like other places. The breakfast is by far one of the best we've had as well- scrambled and poached eggs, bacon, cereals, juices and multiple choices of delicious pastries. We also really enjoyed the morning lattes. Will definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to return~

The staff was so great and helpful. Very kind and went out of their way. Lots of stairs but good exercise. Lol.

Characterful boutique hotel right in the Venetian old town. Lovely staff who gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants. Great location right in the middle of the old town, the sea view room (8) is a real treat, waking up to a view of the lighthouse and out to sea is not to be missed.

Lovely place downtown Chania, walkable to everything, but quite away from the crowds. Great breakfast, too.

Excellent hotel! Loved the whole thing. Very friendly staff, great service. The rooms are lovely and the breakfast is like homemade. The location is perfect and you can walk around the historic center within minutes. Will definitely stay there again.

Everything was fine

We loved the location, staff and breakfast buffet was pretty good. The downside is that there is no elevator which means a lot of stairs. So beware if you have trouble climbing steps. Also, the bed was super uncomfortable because the mattress was very hard. Views were great and the area is safe.

Fantastisk vistelse och underbar service! Har perfekt läge i Chania! Personalen fick oss att känna oss hemma och frukost va någorlunda bra för oss som är vegetarianer men fanns massor att välja mellan om man är allätare. Nackdelen är den obekväma sängen som är stenhård och AC’n som man inte kan reglera och som stänger av och på sig hela tiden och som är extremt högljudd. Vi hade svårt att sova för det blev så varmt och AC’n gjorde det ännu jobbigare

My wife and I got a marvelous time in this hotel. Location is premiere, right at the heart of Chania old port. Room was great and clean with a great view of the port. Breakfast was fantastic. And the most important was that we felt like at home!! We fully recommend the Porto del Colombo hotel in Chania!

The Property was amazing, but not more than the staff! Staff members were kind, helpful and so generous with advices and tips on local sites, restaurants etc. Shoutout to the morning and afternoon staff!

The front desk staff were extremely friendly, the room was exactly as listed and the location was perfect.

We had a lovely stay at Porto del Colombo! It’s such a quaint little hotel with windy stairs - but yet fully equipped and airconditioned rooms right at the centre of Chania. Just a two minute walk takes you to the beautiful port. The staff was so sweet and helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay!
