Very modern, clean and comfortable hotel. Everything is great except that the pool and dinner close a little bit early and there are not many parking spaces. Will recomment it!

I would return to this resort in a heartbeat. The service was remarkable, the entire resort is very clean and well maintained. The buffet assortment was incredible. Access to the beach was super convenient. We booked Star Prestige and it was well worth the value.

We recently spent 4 days and 3 nights at the hotel and had a genuinely relaxing stay. From arrival, the hotel felt spotless and very well maintained. Cleanliness is clearly a priority throughout. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a wide variety each morning that delivered on both quality and choice. The room was comfortable, with a firm bed and supportive, good quality pillows that made it easy to sleep well. Poolside time was stress free as reserving sunbeds was simple. We also enjoyed a massage at the wellness centre, which met expectations and is well worth trying. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always available when needed and quick to assist. The location is excellent. It is easy to walk around Costa Adeje, with Fañabé Beach just a short stroll away and plenty of restaurants, anctivities and shops nearby. A few minor downsides. The cocktails were decent but could be improved. Smoking and vaping are limited to designated areas. The elevators can be slow during busy times, and the in room TV is a bit outdated without screen mirroring and shows are charged at 3 euros if you’re interested to watch any on the tv. Overall, a very enjoyable stay despite a few minor downsides

The hotel is really nice. Clean rooms beautiful water views. The area is really central but a bit tacky - lots of pubs, restaurants and bars with neon signs. The playa Del Duce area is much nicer.

Room was ok but a bit dissapointing for a 5 star = the bathroom toiletries were like any other Hotel in plastic bottles some were hard to us pressing down on the bottles to release the soap glad I took my own /also no waste bin in the bathroom. Had to ask for milk for the fridge although some people went out to buy it, surely for the price paid they should have been checked daily - the food was also only warm - not a lot of vegetables except Christmas day, there was a good variety of food for different nationalities who staid there -also having to pay for water with your evening meal? Nice looking hotel but also came with various problems

Great facilities, lovely staff at checkin. Two small issues though. Cockroach scuttled under the bed when we entered the room, so better checking required. Also one of the reasons we booked through Expedia was the inclusion of a free bottle of wine, welcome drinks and a food voucher. We only received the welcome drinks. Although these were appreciated and the welcome was warm.

Clean and recently renovated rooms and premises. Very frindly staff. Quite small pool but nice and warm. A vety pleasant place to stay!

So much thought has gone into the running of this hotel. Right from the moment we arrived we received fantastic attention from staff, all of whom were cheerful, helpful and caring. Our room was amazing, with a huge bed and magnificent view. Absolute comfort was ensured. Food was delicious, in great quantity and with various cuisines. We went for the fully-inclusive package and wouldn't hesitate to do that again. The pool was inviting and we appreciated the ease and stress-free management of booking sun-loungers!
