The door kept locking us out - not nice in a storm! Neither the code, not their app - worked. No humans with Numa.
Their bot is an annoying nightmare. Once through to an actual person, the best they could do was more codes - that I was asked to check (like a member of staff!).
What did we get for this? A sorry for "inconvenience" and a "these things happen".
Never have I been locked out of a hotel I was staying in, ever.
