Good location and very friendly reception. Able to help on giving directions, advise about foods, book local tours..etc. The only thing not that good is the air condition is a bit loud, so we can only open the living room one when we are sleeping at bedroom to avoid the sounds.

We stayed in the suite on the ground floor for 3 nights and were extremely pleased with our stay. The suite was very comfortable and spacious- impeccably clean and thoughtfully furnished for comfort. The staff is amazing- every single one was so warm and welcoming. Extremely helpful and wanted to make sure we were having a good time. On one occasion we left a cell phone in a taxi and the front desk tracked it down and we got it back. They picked laundry up for us too- basically there was no task too big for the staff- big big thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Ponte Vecchio Hotel & Spa. Our suite was spacious and beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better ,just steps from the iconic bridge. Daily walks to the sights were an absolute pleasure. Continental breakfast was great too💗

O quarto era muito bom , banheiro excelente . A senhora da recepção muito mas muito Atenciosa, a estrutura em si do hotel era mais antiga, elevador somente para malas e o café da manhã era fraco. Localização do hotel era boa , bem perto da ponte . Mas Firenze tem muito hotel antigo, custo benefício vale a estadia
