Very cozy, quite and clean, rooms are new, lots of parking

It’s not a hot tub. It’s a bathtub. The bathtub is stained. There is only one electric plug for the cars. Floor was wet and damaged in the room. Hallways and elevator was dirty.

Certaines petites réparations étaient requises dans le stationnement.

Tout était Ok

hôtel situé à proximité de restaurants et facile d'accès

À notre arrivée la personne au front desk était préoccupé par son cellulaire. Il a mis de temps à traiter notre Check in malgré notre réservation il ne semblait pas à l’aise avec la Procédure.

Une seule borne de recharge lente pour tout l'hôtel. Premiers arrivés, premiers servis. Il a fallu se charger ailleurs pour le retour à la maison. Lits comfortables, quelques équipements non fonctionnels dans la chambre (lumière néon chambre de bain , tiroir qui s'ouvre seul et ne reste pas fermé)

Le parking est compliqué lorsque tu as une remorque

Good place for a short stay

Tout est tres propre et comfortable. Pas de derangements inutiles. Proche de plein de restau, magasins, essence ... Je n'ai absolument rien a redire.

Was clean, staff was kind

Horrible stay: we stayed 5 days and they informed us on arrival that there was no cleaning service. There is only one employee at the counter and he/she was rarely there, average wait was 20 minutes before someone showed up. The manager Martine was horrible, always on the defensive, went as far as suggesting we would have had better service if we had booked directly with them rather than with Expedia, forgeting that if it werent for Expedia, we would never have heard about the hotel. Never going back, will be in Quebec City in two weeks and have booked at Best Western.
