Super friendly staff. Very comfortable room and beds. Nice breakfast. Good proximity to the lake! Great place to stay.

The welcome at reception when we checked was friendly and welcoming Our room was large and was comfortable enough. We ate in the bar for dinner and it was very good. Breakfast selection was good and the order for hot items was taken at the table and freshly made. We did not use the Spa.

Stayed just the one night but good menu in bar and tasty breakfast.

Not great and very expensive for an average service and facility. Also no point of booking to the restaurant even if the hotel send you email about it, as if like for us the restaurant is closed no warning will be given and you will end up at the noisy pub style eatery, also even if there is a vegan menu online it simply does not exist.

Staff very helpful and courteous. Lighting in bedroom, especially the bathroom, was really dim. It was impossible to read even when we got an extra bedside lamp from reception. Fresh food salad at breakfast was really disappointing as it consisted mainly of apples with minimal other fruit except watermelon.Not what I expected.

The staff were all very friendly even the restraunt staff. I loved how spacious the room was. And the shops and everything were very easy and convenient to to get to.

Spa was enjoyed by my wife and walked the town to see the lake and historical sites. Pub in town was inviting and friendly and the food was great. Good place to go if you want comfort and quiet.

The room was fantastic, comfortable beds and great hot shower. No frig in the room but the hot water kettle and tea setup was nice.

Wonderful view if the Lough. Good food and friendly service. The bathroom could do with brighter lighting and although breakfast was lovely (recommend the avocado, beetroot, posched eggs) it was not clear that you had to get your toast from the buffet which is strange seeing as it says on the menu scramble eggs on toast.
