It's a nice apartment for us to live for few days, hope we can stay longer. The facilities are great, and there is a carrie four supermarket just 30 seconds walk. Really convenient with public transport. But, no room cleaning services for stay shorter than 7 days. We only stay for 3 nights. 7 euros/set of towels will be charged if you need a new whole set. We bought one set because we don't know the rules there. Recommend to traveller who are planning to stay in Mulhouse and who would like to cook for themselves as to experience their life there.

Near the supermarket... Near the train station... This place is very quite... very nice

Checkin was a disaster compounded by unnecessary surliness and incompetence. They demand a 24 hour pre check in online and I did that noting that I would stop by at 1 pm to drop bags and avail myself of their luggage storage option. I received an email back thanking me for pre-check in. I showed up at 3 pm and there was a family from Montreal also looking to check in early. The phone didn’t pick up then a random guy came and accosted us for being early and I explained I spelled it out in the pre check in. He said to give him 5 minutes. That turned into fifteen minutes and then some other guy showed up and accosted us again and shut the door and left us out on the street in the hot weather. I found his language to be rude and abrasive as did the Montreal family. Finally some hotel guests took pity on us and let us in and showed us where the luggage storage was and we went to get some water nearby (why that was so difficult for the hotel staff Ill never know). I don’t know why they bother with the pre-registration kabuki. Then my room didn’t have a frying pan but there was a whisk and a spatula. After three days I gave up asking. It’s unfortunate because it’s a nicely renovated old building in a convenient spot though it was interesting that they have a placard at the front desk advising guests not to argue with staff so somehow the surliness is built into the hospitality illusion they offer. It was like a surly Fawlty Towers Totally uncalled for. C’est dommage.

Ce Résidhotel est idéalement placé à deux pas du centre de Mulhouse. Gare facilement accessible, rue au calme. Personnel disponible et à l'écoute. Appartement en parfait état avec tout le nécessaire. Grande chambre, literie confortable. L'établissement dispose d'un parking fermé pour les vélos.

Nice and quiet place to stay. Excellent location and safe parking lot for the car.

SDB-WC impeccable, chambre propre et équipements fonctionnels dans le coin cuisine. Pendant ces journées de canicule, la climatisation a été très appréciable. Residhotel Mulhouse est placé idéalement au Centre-ville pour tout faire à pieds avec une gare SNCF -Tram et bus a moins de 10mn.

J’y ai passé 14 nuits et mon séjour a été excellent. Ma chambre était propre et généralement calme. L’hôtel est situé à proximité de la gare et du centre-ville ce qui était très pratique.

Offre conforme, très bon accueil très explicatif, très bon petit déjeuner.

Huone oli remontoimaton ja suihku/amme oli minulle hankala käyttää. Sänky oli hyvä ja huone muutoin siisti. Roskat piti viedä itse ja astiat tiskata ennen poislähtöä. Aamiaisella oli aika vähän vaihtoehtoja, mutta mielestäni kuitenkin riittävä ja se mitä oli tarjolla, oli hyvää. Keskieurooppalaiseen tapaan, kasviksia ei ollut tarjolla.

Bra värde för pengarna och bra läge om man kommer med tåg. Tittar man för noga i hörnen är det inte perfekt städat men ok.
