Not a modern and new hotel but very clean and nice staff. Not far to Rome, and with acceptable price and quality. Nice and smiling staff. Easy to park, maybe due to the low season. The light was white in the room, we don't like in night. The water flow in bathroom is somehow weak.

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Hotel, das wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden. Wir hatten ein renoviertes Zimmer mit einem modernen Badezimmer und einer tollen Regendusche. Das Bad war wirklich hochwertig gestaltet und hat einen hervorragenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Besonders beeindruckend war der Ausblick: Wer ein Zimmer mit Seeblick bucht, wird mit einer malerischen und atemberaubenden Aussicht belohnt. Parkplätze sind vorhanden direkt neben der Unterkunft. Auch der Service war ausgezeichnet. Aufgrund unserer Buchung über Hotels.com standen uns einige Annehmlichkeiten und Getränke zu. Da wir am Anreisetag keine Zeit hatten, diese in Anspruch zu nehmen, hat uns das Hotel die Getränke kurzerhand zum Mitnehmen vorbereitet. Das fanden wir äußerst aufmerksam und kundenorientiert. Generell war das gesamte Personal ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt ist das Frühstück. Es ist völlig in Ordnung und man wird definitiv satt, allerdings sollte man keine außergewöhnliche Auswahl oder besondere Highlights erwarten. Es erfüllt seinen Zweck, ist aber eher durchschnittlich. Insgesamt aber ein tolles Hotel mit hervorragendem Service, schönen Zimmern und einer traumhaften Lage.

What a gem!! We had a lake view room and it was beautiful! The bed was super comfy, the shower was spacious and great pressure and everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and a great breakfast. Then, the rooftop pool!!! A very classic yet not at all stuffy hotel. I can’t wait to go back. Just a short walk to the main square in town and the train station is not far.

Personalen trött på turister inte vänliga. Polen var stängd samt också restaurangen. Tydligen var det något event som på gick på söndagen?

The photos definitely make it look like a 5 star hotel. I would give it a 2.5-3 at best. Make sure to not book if you can’t get the lake view. That’s the best thing about the hotel. No amenities. The pictures make the place look 10x better than it is. Underwhelming in person

Morgenmaden var ikke særligt spændende

First of all the room was in very nice condition, and the hotel is in a great location, but it's everything else that really made this a not so pleasant stay, when we got to the hotel the room was absolutely freezing cold I asked to turn the heat on and they said that the city doesn't switch the heat on until the end of the month. The restaurant was not open and there was no staff at the bar. If you want to sleep, this is not the place the staff starts cleaning the rooms at seven 8 AM and it's really loud, overall I would not recommend going here unless it was summertime and you don't mind getting up early on vacation.

Hotellet har en restaurant men denne benyttes kun til arrangementer hvorfor det de skriver at der er en restaurant ikke stemmer idet den kun er til selskaber. Udearealerne omkring restauranten må ikke benyttes hvis der er arrangementer hvorfor man stort set er henvist til arealer uden udsigt. Baren som ikke er bemandet medmindre du finder en person fra receptionen serverede en drink hvor der lå noget af en opvaskertablet i begge glas hvilket ikke må ske - Heldigvis så vi det rimeligt hurtigt hvorfor en evt. forgiftning ikke skete.

Hotel tres bien situé, à pied du centre ville et dans un cadre exceptionnel. Bon petit déjeuner

Good breakfast and beautiful view.

The hotel is a bit dated. It has great views, but it’s a bit over 10 minutes to town on a street with narrow sidewalks and you have to cross speeding traffic twice. The hotel restaurant isn’t open; they only serve buffet breakfast. The walls are thin and we could hear our neighbor coughing all night and his alarm ringing at odd hours. We arrived at 1:30, but the staff told us to return after 2:00 for check in. I’ve never had a hotel not check for an available room. The AC ran all night and could only manage to cool the room from 25.5 to 24. I had it set to 20. They tried to reset it once, but it didn’t work any better.
