Everything is perfect

Bel hôtel, beau design, bel environnement, personnel et sommelier attentionnés. Mais le petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop cher (30$) et le repas du soir pas épatant pour le prix. Bref, l'hôtel est super, mais le resto laisse à désirer.

Clean rooms, tv options goods, comfortable beds. Wish there was a mini store. But great area for walking.

Super clean room - Beautiful setting next to St-Charles River and nature hiking nearby - Beautiful setting within First Nation Wendat community. Stayed at this property several times and will return again and again!

Vraiment très contente de notre séjour dans cet hôtel, très récent, décoration et équipements raffinés, personnel accueillant, vue sur les arbres en tout temps, visite du musée très intéressante. Un rapport qualité-prix imbattable!

Staff

While the hotel was beautiful, the housekeeping staff left a lot to be desired. We stayed for a week and only had a room picked up twice. My son got chocolate on sheets on the first day and they remade the bed with the dirty sheets on it. We had to ask for towels 4 times. We had to go to the front desk to get more toilet paper twice. Washcloths weren't replaced either. The pullout bed is NOT meant for sleeping. My 11yr old actually decided that it was so springy (you could see the springs) that we put the couch back together and he slept on that instead for the week. We asked for more blankets, because that bed was not made with a thick blanket and never received one. We bought one at the local Walmart after asking twice. The parking lot was not cleaned well even though there was a couple feet of snow. We are from cold weather so it didn't bother us, but the fact that we were bringing in snow/ice/snow melt and no one cleaned the hotel room floors was gross. We ended up make shifting a broom and sweeping ourselves and then wiping down the floors with wet towels.
