洗手盆床單上被子坐廁都有頭髮，尤其被子上，好像沒有更換。

Good all round standard. Limited bar opening hours. Nice king bed and decent breakfast.

Lovely hotel and fantastic breakfast

It’s a tired building that they’ve done their best to update, e.g. with new bathrooms. Easy parking but no EV chargers anymore. Handy gym with good range of equipment only needs some mats. Good value.

Too much to say suffice the hotel should be renamed Fawlty Towers

Room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, plenty of choice, I found it was just warm, prefer hot food. Parking was very convenient.

It was a business trip and every thing was fine as expected.

Helpful staff good breakfast

The rooms definitely need a face lift including the exterior of the building. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and it wasn’t made up properly as the sheets came off halfway through the night. Also not enough pillows. Breakfast too expensive as well. Went to toby carvery for half the price.

Have stayed a number of times, staff always very helpful and friendly, although an older building it’s been well presented and cleaned just a little dated in places.

If the room has information about the free drinks and snacks in the primere room would be better.

Could do eith a freshen up in public areas

Avoid at all costs. Pros: air conditioning during a heatwave Cons: dirty, tired decor, staff who combine disinterest with zero training, absolutely woeful in every way.

Room small but clean as was the bed linen and towels. You had to wait 10 min for hot water. The restaurant was good with staff that whent the extra mile. As a Diabetic it would be very helpful if the venue also stated the carbohydrates. As we need this to calculate our insulin dosage. I will use this hotel again.

I had a really great 2 nights at this hotel. Parking was good. Staff were great. The access to the gym was great. And the room and mattress were fantastic. The AC in the room was brilliant, kept it lovely and cool. I highly recommend this hotel.

Plenty of parking. Welcome check in Nice comfy bed with air con in room. Tea coffee and snack in the room. Shampo, conditioner, wash, and lotion in bathroom. Free wifi. Breakfast was great and staff were very friendly. I will stay here again. Stayed here to visit Beamish

When I washed my hands, brown water came out of the tap, which is unacceptable. In addition, the room smelled damp throughout my stay, making it feel unpleasant and poorly maintained. I was very disappointed with the overall condition of the room and expected a much higher standard.

Was a great hotel but the AC was broken on a very very hot day
