L'hotel è presentato molto bene sul web, ma purtroppo una volta dentro la situazione è stata decisamente diversa, peggiore. Problemi in camera: - condizionatore che scorreva sul comodino (prima del mio arrivo è stato messo un asciugamano e rimosso il lume) solo il giorno dopo il problema è stato risolto su esplicita mia richiesta. - porta-asciugamani nel bagno uno dei due fisher di fissaggio era completamente uscito dal muro - frigo inutile, solo lucetta accesa ma nessuna refrigerazione - finestra del bagno che, se aperta, da su un ricettacolo di insetti vari (vespe, mosche etc.), gli stessi insetti presenti anche lato balcone e quindi non era consigliabile arieggiare la camera in nessun modo. Il personale fa quello che può, ma era chiaramente in difficoltà per sottodimensionamento per la presenza di due pulmann di turisti da gestire Altri piccoli problemi che evito di elencare, ma che comunque hanno contribuito alla spiacevolezza complessiva del soggiorno e quindi per me questa strutura è bannata dalle mie future preferenze.

Pool was booked out for a private function. 34 deg. They did not tell us until after payment.

Pool closed - no warning. Only reason we booked. Bed uncomfortable and awful towels. Book elsewhere if you are considering this!

La struttura presenta degli splendidi giardini, una piscina, un arredamento classico, pertanto si presta bene come location per matri moni. Purtroppo, proprio a causa di una cerimonia, non abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina (che era uno dei motivi per cui avevano scelto l'hotel) e di questo non eravamo stati messi a conoscenza. Inoltre, proprio il giorno in cui siamo arrivati, siamo stati disturbati dagli schiamazzi di molti ragazzini che alloggiavano lì per un torneo di calcio. Abbiamo dovuto segnalarlo alla reception per ritrovare un po' di tranquillità. La cosa che ci è piaciuta di più è stata la colazione.

L ambiente esterno è eccellente con un grande parco ricco di alberi ad alto fusto; la struttura è datata e difetta di manutenzione, ben evidente con moquette logore e sudicia, tovaglie nella stanza colazioni letteralmente logore, porte stanze che necessitano di essere riverniciate. La piscina non era praticabile x maltempo che aveva riempito di foglie. Prima colazione scarsa x quantità e qualità Il personale cortese e disponibile. In sintesi non adatto alla qualifica di cinque stelle. Nel contesto dei colli romani è meritevole x posizione e parco.

Very nice property with ample parking and it’s own restaurant onsite though we only saw it open to serve breakfast. The breakfast was very basic and didn’t have many choices such as assorted cold cuts, fresh fruit or pancakes that we’d found served at other places we’d stayed during our trip. Our room was very new looking like it was recently constructed BUT it was on the 3rd floor and the elevator only goes to the second ! And we had some fairly heavy luggage so it wasn’t what we wanted at the end of a long day. But the two outstanding moments came after our arrival and the one was dinner at the restaurant nearby called Maggiolina. We just showed up not realizing that you needed a reservation BUT initially we were told that they couldn’t fit us in but after our waiter went to bat for us we were seated with the caveat that we had to leave within 75 minutes ( we were tired and starving and eagerly agreed). The food was fantastic and so was the service and we ended up being told we could stay longer if we wished but were too full even for Gelato. The second incident was after enjoying a relaxing chat on the hotel’s patio in my tiredness I had left my “Man Purse” as my girls called it on the back of a patio chair. Not realizing this till the following morning I ran downstairs to reception and found that the night receptionist Peno had found it and kept it safe for me. Peno you’re the best Mate 👍👍

Very elegant. Friendly staff. Small but fully equipped bathroom. Location Not near city center. When time for dinner, entire restaurant was taken by a tour group. Since we had no car, we had to walk about 10 min on a small, dark, bumpy sidewalk to the closest place to eat. Next morning included breakfast was surprisingly skimpy for such an elegant place.

Staff molto cordiale e professionale. La stanza ha tutti i comfort necessari, con materassi molto comodi. Bagno ampio e funzionale.

Struttura poco curata. Il bar non era fornito di acqua minerale naturale. Belllo il parco ma la pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare.

Check-in comico, camere piccole e carenti, servizi da pensione. Peccato
